The hotel was quiet and very centrally located. Did not eat at the restaurant. Breakfast buffet seemed well stocked. The bar area is cozy. The bed was very comfortable! Would stay here again.

Really helpful receptionist who went over and above to help me get transport to the station.
Clean and comfortable room but did feel there was a strange smell as you entered the hotel.

We had to book a quick overnight room because our travel to Switzerland was cut short
It was great here and the service was awesome
My only issue is the checkout was at 12 noon but our keycard stopped working at 1130am
I asked the person in the front to make the adjustment and they quickly update the keycard and let us back into the room, apart from that everything was fine

Very good location and very accessible public transportation.
Good initiative to provide guests the possibility to fill their water bottles (with both sparkling still water).
Found it strange that nobody offered to carry my luggage this being a 4 star hotel. 😞 😞
Overall some European hotels are overpricing for the conditions and level of services offered.

We requested a room where the toilet was in the same room as shower and were given a handicapped room. We didn’t like a separated toilet from the bath.
Parking was a challenge, behind the hotel then needed to climb up 1 story of stairs with your suitcases, no elevator.
Walking to Versailles palace still about 30-45 min.
