good family option. We had the sofa bed made out for our 2 kids, which was fine, as they are under 10 years old.

We were in a room with a king size bed facing the arena. The room is clean and comfortable. There are cafe nearby and Bercy Metro is just outside of the hotel which makes it easy to get to places. Full continental breakfast was included. Staff are courteous. If looking for something to eat that's close by we can recommend Rambo a Cambodian restaurant.

When we arrived at the hotel room there was hair on the toilet and in the shower head and blood on the toilet seat we paid £180 for one night did not expect to walk into that the location was good right by the bercy bus station and not far from food places and shops staff were friendly on arrival

I can’t believe a 4stars hotel had not refrigerator . And the toilet cleaning no good. Have bad smell. The shower room drain was very slow. The breakfast was not much choice and everyday was same.

The hotel is relatively new and therefore is clean and modern. We stayed one night as part of a longer trip through Europe and it was exactly what we needed. The reception was helpful also.

I like that the hotel is near the subway ( 1 min walk), only 3 stations to Madeleine. Rooms are big enough. I did’t like breakfasts and I din’t like that there was not fridge in my room. They told that I can keep my food in the fridge near the reception.
