Novotel Paris Orly Rungis

I feel like we were "catfished" by the online photos. The lobby of the hotel was clean and looked nice. But as soon as we stepped off the elevator, all that changed. The plumbing was terrible. Toilet wouldn't flush properly. The beds and room were old and not maintained or updated in a long time. It just felt gross. We walked our bags a block away and stayed at a different hotel.

Clean room, great staff!

Very nice staff and establishment. Breakfast was good and many choices. Rooms were very quiet. Wifi in the room was spotty most of the time when we were there when it worked. Faster when on main floor it seemed like. Only other thing with us being American we're used to using a wash cloth to bath with. The hotel did not to have any so be sure if you like using a wash cloth to pack them. Other than that very good experience. Within 10-15 walk to bus stop. They also offer a shuttle to ORY airport where you can you can grab the M14 train into Paris form inside the airport. I would suggest getting the IDF Mobility app and buy transportation pass. If you have Apple you put it in your wallet and all the buses the trains have a effortless tap to board. So basically all you do is put phone over the sensor and go. They do have a McDonalds within walking distance. I would say I'm not a huge fan of McD's here in US but France offers many of the same options that US has and some pretty good ones that US does not.

Great hotel in Paris. Lovely friendly helpful staff, especially Luna. The room was lovely and comfortable to stay in. We were in walking distance to many attractions otherwise very close to the metro which was easy to navigate. I would 100% recommend this hotel. We loved our time in Paris and enjoyed the hotel too. Thanks!!

Room key would not work several times. However, staff were VERY nice. Also far from city center

The staff was very pleasant,courteous and accommodating. The restaurant staff was nice also the food

The staff were courteous. Unfortunately the rooms are very run down. Odd restaurant opening times, a lack of fridge, milk, wine bottle opener and other small usual inclusions at a Novotel made my stay with 3 teens a little less easy than it could have been. We actually looked for an alternative for the second night. Honestly, we wished we had booked inner Paris.

We wanted an easy entrance from Orly to stay for 2 days. We were quite pleased with this property; the staff, bar/dining area, and our room. The shuttle from airport was also easily found. The property location is a distance from Paris central area and considering traffic around the city, the time taken to get to attractions was significant. We expected this, which is why we stayed only 2 days. Happy with this decision and property experience.

room carpeting dirty and dingy. area isolated staff immature and inexperienced. toilet was not clean. i checked out two days before my original date and checked in somewhere else

Perfect over nighter after a long flight..

The guy staff at night was attentive to the request I asked even it was 1pm. Carpet needs to change. Breakfast was fine & only the sanitation Needed to attention by the staff because there were 2 flies I saw flying around the uncovered food. Overall we can still come back and maybe it’s more improved .
