They were very accommodating and allowed us to leave our bags before check in. Not only did they make the check in earlier, they brought our bags to our room for us while we were out. Rooms are small, but very clean and the location is perfect!

Your staff were all so welcoming, especially Christine/Kathleen (sorry I forgot her name again). You all addressed me as Madam, and would always have a smile on your face and polite conversation. It made me feel welcome in your hotel, and I felt I had a safe place to come home to every night. While this should be expected at any hotel, I can assure you it is not, my current one in Milan, several of their staff address me as Mister (despite presenting female), and give me disproving looks. Sadly this is more common than not. Paris France Hotel is an exceptional hotel, your staff are absolutely amazing, you should all be proud. Whenever I’m next in Paris, I’ll be looking to stay at your hotel again. Thank you for making Paris the most welcoming and memorable part of my holiday. I wish I could give you all a great big hug.

I really liked this hotel. It was charming. The staff were lovely. It was quaint, very clean, metro stops were very close. Nice shops and cafes nearby. It’s very old-school- which I loved. There is aka ways at reception and they helped me a lot with directions. Rooms were cleaned every day, which is so nice. And the location was close to everything but not a touristy neighborhood. I would definitely stay there again.❤️

The room was very clean. The staff were very helpful, courteous, and speak English very well. This location is wonderful, very central, close to the Republique Metro station, and restaurants and shops. I walked to most places.

Building is quite old which is not an issue in and of itself. However there were some aspects that we weren’t expecting which we felt the photos and positive reviews to be a bit misleading. 1. The elevator fits only 2 people maximum. So we had to take 2 trips up/down with our luggage. 2. Our room had an old musty smell, and the things inside were quite worn. 3. The wall outlets were inconveniently placed super far from the bed. 4. The safe inside the room couldn’t be opened but it was tiny anyways so we didn’t even bother. Positives: The bathroom was decent and water temp/pressure was good, the staff were friendly, and good central Paris location. Overall would not stay at this hotel again, especially for €250+ per night.

Staff are friendly and help. Good breakfast set up. I don’t have anything negative to say. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star is the size of the room is small. But that’s no fault of anyone. I guess I’m just used to American size room. Overall very pleasant stay.

Perfect location for our first trip to Paris! Easy walking access to underground and buses. The rooms were small but charming and met our needs as a place to rest at the end of busy days! Front desk staff and breakfast staff very friendly. Would stay here again.
