Book Premier Classe in Lyon which was brilliant so this one was not as good. No WI-FI reception did not know what to do and the breakfast at 8.50 consisted of bread and one Croissant, no English tea and no English TV channels.

I was asked for my credit card details to use “as a deposit” in case of problems with my room after I’d paid the room charge. My credit card now shows a charge of 311€ for no reason and I would like a refund as my room was left in good order.
The bed was only adequate, the room was the usual standard size for this hotel chain (not very big) the breakfast was expensive considering the limited choice.

The rooms are small and the bathroom tiny. It would not suit a large person. The automatic check in worked ok but i prefer a person. There are few dining options locally but, fortunately, the Campanile Hotel opposite has a good restaurant and we were given a discount because we in the Premiere Classe

We were driving through Beziers and needed a place. It is located on the highway so it was easy to access with car. The room was clean. The hotel was automated so the only person I saw was when I dropped the key off in the morning.

The room was clean enough but very very small. The breakfast was very small for the 5 EUR it cost. Code needed for parking after hours, so that was good. The clientele were "sketchy" and the walls were extremely thin. Toilet paper was overlooked as needing replacement.

Standard travel lodge style room, great for a overnight stay @ £ 30.00 includes continental breakfast. Only couple mins from the motorway and Campanile hotel across the road has a good restaurant with good food and inexpensive.

Our stay there was not very enjoyable. First, we could not find the hotel, location is not the best coming from the freeway, The room was so small, you can hardly move around the room. The bathroom is cramped, and it is very hard to take a shower. There was a space for the desk but it was so unconfortable and cramped. I have stayed at other budget hotels like this one, I have never seen such a small space, it was like being locked up in a small box. Breakfast was just average, no croissants, just coffee, cake & yogourts. Staff was unfriendly. When we got there for ckeck-up at 3pm, there was a goup of people who had to get into the hotel to get dressed for a wedding at 3pm, but staff was nowhere to be found, and they could not get dressed to go to the wedding! The positive is that the room is air-conditionned, and the hotel has a nice terrace outside where you can have breakfast. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this budget hotel.

Ideally situated for the Exhibition park which was literally up the road. Safe compound at night and dog friendly. The staff were friendly and helpful. Nice walks near for dogs. I enjoyed my stay. Room clean - a little dark but ok for my visit as air conditioning essential in hot weather. Recommended

Convenient hotel close to Béziers and main highways. So it is really for work and as a night stop on a longer Journey, not to stay and go around. The hotel do the job, and at a very competitive price!

The size of the room is acceptable but the shower and toilet is way too small. My bed linen were not changed with stain and hair on the bed sheet and duvet. I spent more than an hour on the phone to hotels.com. my first 2 calls were not answered and the third call was hung up by the girl who took my call. My fourth call was answered by Johnny who was amazing and sorted my problem (thanks johnny).
