Radisson Hotel Reims

Lovely hotel and nice staff. Only problem is I prepaid for my stay and had my credit card charged a second time. Now awaiting a refund.

This Radisson is new and sparkly but unfortunately the staff did not quite measure up with the nice facilities. They were friendly enough but simple things like having two free people at the front desk but then not helping us when we struggled with our bags in the revolving door, brings our rating down. We chose the hotel for its new facilities, the location, the gym, and the rooftop bar. Unfortunately, when I asked about the rooftop, they told me that it would not be open until a few days after our stay but that we were welcome to take a drink from downstairs up to it. We took our game up one night only to find a few employees winetasting up there and the bar was open. I ordered a cup of tea that took 30 minutes. Service missed the mark again. The breakfast was lovely—nice buffet and even included gluten-free bread options.

Modern, clean, newer hotel with spacious room and fabulous shower! Enjoyed our stay but it is a walk to the town centre and restaurants 15 mins or so, so doesn’t suit everyone.

Lovely hotel. Modern, very clean and comfortable. Easy to access by car with good parking facilities next door.

Stayed in this hotel for a wine trip. 5 out of the 6 members of the group chose to stay here and we were all very happy with the accommodations. Room was clean & spacious, staff was friendly & breakfast was delicious. The water pressure in the shower was also amazing. Would definitely recommend to fellow travelers and will be staying here again in the future!

Hotel was ok but location could be better

We did not have breakfast so can't comment! Staff were very polite & professional check-in was quick & easy , we thought the bar prices were very overpriced & not much atmosphere.

Staff were friendly. There was a suitable variety and ample quantity for Breakfast.

It was a wonderful experience all around

Our room was not cleaned and just left.. Back of the toilet as seen from the hall could have been cleaned better. One tissue left in the box....just small things.Charged twice on the hotel tax: paid in cash paid on check in because we were told that the hotel tax could not be added to our credit card. Well appointed hotel for the train and in easy walking distance to downtown. Radisson you can do better

Room was good and clean. Staff was friendly

All the people at the reception were very nice and helpful, couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The room was clean and spacious, better than i anticipated. If I ever travel back to Reims, Radisson will be my preferred hotel.

A relatively new property, clean and well located. The staff were friendly and helpful. The cocktails were well made. The bed was comfortable and the room had everything you need. The one issue was that there was no drawer space for small clothing items.

Rooms were warm and climate control was a little difficult to moderate! All good and we enjoyed our stay.

Great location that was walkable to everything. Staff was friendly and lobby bar was great gathering spot.
