We had a junior suite and it was beautiful and large. Easily accommodated three of us. Walking distance to lots of bars / restaurants. Pool was very pretty. Lovely stay.

Great stay! Overall I'd rate it very high to the room, clean, nice pool area, and short walk to the great restaurants in town. The concierge was phenomenal as well and set up multiple black vans for us to winery and train station

This hotel was the perfect location for our stay in Aix-en-Provence. Less than a 10 minute walk to the old town It was convenient, clean, staff excellent and just a perfect location. I would certainly recommend

Average 1 night stay - Bathroom wasn’t well Maine’s with mould around the bottom of the tiles in the bath - Grouting was blackmail in places Bed was lumpy Staff were nice and helpful Parking expensive 30 per night Didn’t have breakfast again expensive- plenty of cafes nearby Wouldn’t stay here agin

Hotel staff were very friendly and responsive to our requests during our stay. Special thanks to Catherine, the Guest Relations Manager for responding to our complaints and upgraded our room. Also special thanks to Cedric, the restaurant manager for responding our breakfast request to my favorite Nespresso coffee flavor. Overall, we had a wonderful stay of 5 days. Not quite 5 star for amenities, but the friendly hotel services more than made up for the 5 star, especially the front desk staff, valet parking, concierge, restaurant, and housekeeping. Will recommend!

Clean room, beautiful facility, friendly and accommodating staff, good location. Our only critiques were that the bed was really uncomfortable (could feel the springs) and that the AC doesn’t run in the winter months. The rooms get really warm, and with no way to cool them back down (opening a window offered little relief), it made sleeping really difficult.
