Staff lady was awesome when I needed a handicapped room…helped us move.

I booked a room which had a bathtub and realized I needed a shower only due to my back problems. The next morning they found another room with a shower and had help moving us before my 10:00 appoint ment. Excellent room now for 15 euros more

I wasn't so happy with the property. Our first night was horrible. The room became so cold at around 3 or 4am. I was shivering but the warmer is set to 21' but they could have turn of the heating..second is that there was no sufficient towels. Normally if you enter a hotel or aparthotel you get the towels for the number of days you are staying i,e 4 days, then 4 towels for every person. Next the soap, shampoo or lotion. They gave us only one pair of small.bottles shampoo, hairbody and lotion and nothing more, so for only one day. Next thing cloth for wiping the plates is only one, and there was not even a microfibre cloth to clean your table after eating. No cleaning products for the toilet, only dish soap. It's kind of frustrating for the price,they reply to my message that I can come down get a new towels for the plates.they should place it when we check in, n our room. there is a supermarket across the street to get what you need. There are always men smoking pots. It doesn't look nice and clean. Under the bed you will see spider's web and dust( alot of it) The bathroom smells like paint. Then some kind of spice that stinks big time from 10pm the bed is hard especially the sofa bed, you will feel the division. you can't double lock the door inside, I place something at the door, morning it was in the floor, like someone attempted to enter.My son get rashes after our stay. This is not a quality aparthotel far to compare in Germany . Hope they improve.

This is a great place to stay, good location, excellent staff, and felt safe. Good to have the kitchenette facility too so you could make a meal and drinks. Value for money too.

Easy check-in. Large and comfortable family room.

Check in was efficient. Room was spacious and decently clean. No air conditioning in July was extremely hot and uncomfortable. People on the street were yelling and talking until 2am so had to keep the windows closed and it was stifling and no one slept. Not much besides a grocery store close by. 10-15 min walk to restaurants etc. Breakfast was quite good and fresh. Front desk called us a “taxi” that did not have a meter and she would not quote before we left for the airport. Our fault for getting in because we were charged way more than the regular rates and we felt ripped off. The front desk staff was generally pleasant and spoke English well, however keep in mind they close for a couple hours at 1pm and again during the night.

Very friendly reception desk staff. Location was good as well. It was a 10 minute walk from the Gare de Valenciennes and a 10 to 15 minute walk to Place de Armes.

Nice clean room, good service at reception (when it was open, check the opening hours) great to have underground car parking and free wifi. Was perfect for two nights

The front desk staff was really nice and made sure I was happy with my room and my stay in general. VERY NICE STAFF!!!

The hotel is a no frills very clean, modern and fresh chain type of accommodation with the advantage of having a well stocked kitchenette in your room. The staff were very helpful and there is the added advantage of secure underground parking. No real choice of bars or restaurants locally albeit walking into the town centre only takes about 20 minutes. Would stay here again if in Valenciennes.

This is a simple place to stay, understated but a good place to stay. The property and room were very clean. The people at the front desk were very friendly, as were the employees that work during breakfast. No frills, but good enough location to where I would consider staying here again.

Knowing little about the place before booking, I was happily surprised to see the sorts of amenities it had. It was very clean, stylish looking, and comfortable. The provision of dishes, glassware, and other items to cook in, as well as a small kitchen was a wonderful bonus, which I didn't fully realize on booking. I also found the staff very friendly. On the down side, it was quite warm during my visit and there was no air-conditioning. Normally this wouldn't be a problem. But opening the window and curtains was less than pleasant as there was a light right outside my window. The bed wasn't quite as comfortable as I was hoping for either. Who knows? It could be different in other rooms. All in all, though, a great stay.

Suited us well for a one night stop-over. Well appointed - though a comfy chair would have been appreciated in the room. Staff extremely friendly & helpful. 10 minute walk to centre / restaurants. Carrefour just over the road.

Leider unangenehmer Geruch in Bad und Küche bzw. Eingangsbereich des Zimmers. Ansonsten ist das Hotel ok, aber dennoch nichts für große Erwartungen.
