The apartment was exactly what I needed. My stay was comfortable, all rooms were clean, and I would definitely recommend Residhome Paris Clamart to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Paris.

It was great! Definitely would highly recommend!! Property was beautiful, especially if you have children. Cute children’s parks! Many restaurants and shops.

Great location and clean room

-the receptionists don't speak English -the toilet sink was clogged and I informed the reception but because of the language barrier he couldn't understand - the shower cabinet has black patches of mold -there is no room service (without extra charge)

Be careful they dont give you your deposit back, im still fighting for it aftwr they said they sent me the deposit back....its been 3months ish since our stay there

This property was nice, good atmosphere, family friendly, has A/C, and was quiet, laundry on site, close to metro, short walk to more food options, etc. It could’ve been cleaner. I don’t know if sweeping is just not a priority some places or what, but it was dusty and floor was not thoroughly swept, same in the bathroom. Looked like corners are cut when cleaning the floors. I believe it said they only clean your room if requested, which is fine we clean up after ourselves and keep things tidy anyway. Some shops and places were on an annual break so that was a bummer, but not the property’s fault just FYI. We enjoyed our stay here.

Great property in a lively location.

My first night I was awakened by a fire alarm at 2am as someone was cooking and burned food. Also, I had an early flight at 7 am. There was no one at the desk to check my out so I had to leave a note for someone to check me out. Very unprofessional considering I explained the night before that I had an early flight and needed to check out early. The staff assured me that someone is always at the desk. Well that was a lie. That made me feel totally unsafe. Anyone could walk into the hotel as the outside lobby doors were never locked and no one was manning the desk. Overall the hotel is beautiful and clean. The location is great and the bed slept very well. I didn’t like the half of a door in the shower.

We had no problem at the hotel. We had an alarm at 1:30 am with fire drill and in the end it was a room with toast burned. The staff was okay and helpful. The bathroom was 75% okay I would say. Beds okay and space okay. There was a convenient boulangerie and a supermarket very close. I would come back.

The rooms could have been cleaner, the service is very bare, but overall good. The area is great, with easy access to all required amenities. It’s about a 50 minute metro ride to Paris, but commute is easy.

Was great location! Very nice room except in 5 nights we never got room service (so no one took the trash, made the bed, brought towels, etc.) so that sucked but other than that great place. We just asked for new towels when we needed and had to place trash in hall.

everything was average, few downsides were the tv was a very old outdated tv, no netflix or apps, doesnt correlate with the cost of the stay, also it was quite expensive to get your room cleaned and is something you have to request and pay for not something which is offered, nice little pond and kids park behind the hotel tho, a little shop behind too, youll need an uber to get to the main places you wanna go to in paris which is expected cause it's cheaper for the reason that it's not that close as more pricey hotels, but yeah overall it was okay

Friendly staff, clean, comfortable bed, shops and restaurants close by. These are apartments and you will need to provide your own tea, coffee etc as the rooms are only replenished and cleaned once a week.

We had a great stay there. The place was clean and the area around it was very nice!!

They didn’t come to clean the room my entire trip, no new sheets or towels

Very nice aparthotel with a few little issues firstly its quite far from paris and a bit difficult as you have to take a tram and a metro and takes about 1 hour costs 4.50 euros each way and a uber is 15-20 one way...so if u dont mind the commute into paris then its great. The hotel itself is much more spacious and comfortable than anything in paris for even double the price and has a nicely equipped kitchen too ,theres a ful supermarket right below the hotel and a very good boulangerie 1 min away , the restaurant choices are limited about 3 or 4 in the immediate area but you xan find a few more further away. You won't find the exciting food choices as you do in Paris though. One more thing which people should be aware of the hotel is nexr to and overlooking a huge cemetary, for some people that is a cultural issue as it was for me too and many of the rooms have a view of the cemetery, thankfully they gave me a room with just a partial view but even that made me quite uncomfortable. I feel that the hotel should say this on their booking details on expedia as many people are not totally comfortable with it.

Not enough staff speaking English and no offer to help with making arrangements to use the train and trams..left to our own devices other than 2 staff who were helpful and kind to us ..sadly do not know there names .

We loved our week here. No complaints at all.

Overall clearness My room was not cleaned during my entire 6-night stay even after requesting housekeeping at the reception
