Clean room, convenient parking and great staff

Clean room, friendly staff, underground parking, apartments are big and spacious with a balcony. There is seating and a table outside too. Breakfast was continental the croissants were good.

Rooms were not ready on time. Had to wait an extra hour and a half with young kids.

This is a convenient place for a family but as a solo traveller I found the value isn't as good as a hotel for this price. They were accommodating with late self check in. However, it wasn't quite clean (pasta on the floor, long hair in the bath, hairs on the sheets, etc...), the WiFi wasn't working, nor the heating (it seems they're enforcing a temperature cap that no amount of tweaking the settings will override, so if you're cold for whatever reason you can warm up the room even temporarily. When I last stayed here a few years ago it was much better.

We had a lovely time. When we first arrived we were really disappointed with our apartment, the balcony was not a balcony! We were on the ground floor - no problem there - but there was a concrete wall instead of balcony balustrade, it was about 5 foot high with only a slither of light coming over, you could just about peer over if you stood on tip toe… I’ve never seen anything like it! However, having said this and to be fair, I went straight to reception and the very lovely receptionist called Nancy (thank you Nancy!) arranged for us to change apartments the following day. The apartment we moved to was perfect and we proceeded to have a very enjoyable stay. The apartments and complex are generally in need of some cosmetic updating and refreshing but they are adequately equipped. There is no air-con but fans are provided in each room. The location is exceptional, close to the beautiful lake and the small selection of excellent bars and restaurants along the front. The public pool is wonderful and just next door. Overall we were very happy with our stay once we moved apartments. Nancy was also very helpful assisting us with the laundry room.

Lovely apartment. Great balcony and excellent location for the lake. Parking was safe and easy too.

Good location, property basic but clean, no bedroom storage at all, no bed side lighting to main bedroom (contrary to web photos) main living room sofa uncomfortable.

There is a beautiful lake just 2 minutes walking, and people can jog, walk, or just sit with a bottle of wine and enjoy, this place is too much

It was my second time in there... And loved it.

Ugly building. Not clean. The "lake view" is very partial. The view is of a poor residential building. The stuff is rood and unpolite. We were asked to clear the garbage from our room to a dumpster located 300 meter away.

We had a good stay at this hotel in Aix-les-Bains. The facade looks a bit dated, but the rooms are nice inside. We were on the top floor with a view of the lake and a decent sized balcony. It is a good location with just a short walk to the lake. Breakfast was eh, but very convenient, offered from 8-10. The parking garage underneath the hotel was full, but we just parked down the street for free which was perfectly fine. Note that the reception is closed from 12:30-14:30 which affected us a few times on our trip.

Very spacious! We loved the balcony and kitchen.

Just a few minute walk from the lake and with great views of the mountains, this was a simple, comfortable hotel. Facilities were good, and the breakfast was not bad. I think I would stay here again

Hotel good for price. Close to lake, not a lot of facilities close by. 30 minute walk to town, 20 to 30 minute walk to Grand Port for restaurants. Small supermarket nearby. Need a car. Good kitchen. Beds OK. Would be good for relaxing family holiday.

The apartment was large and handy to have kitchenette for easy meals. However two single beds made separately and pushed together does not constitute a double bed. The apartment had strong smell of cigarettes and it took at least two nights to get rid of the odour with room freshener. Aix les Bains provides free public transport for visitors with a card from all hotels. We found out about it on our own. Would have been better had the hotel informed us. You cannot check in until 5 pm. We did arrive earlier than that and we were able to check in. The town and surrounding areas of Aix les Bains is stunning particularly at this time of year because of the spring flowers. We hired bikes and rode about the lake. Overall enjoyed our stay in Aux Le Bains
