A hotel should be even basic clean, this was far away from it. The apartment was in an untidy condition, there was obvious dirt, cigarette butts, wear and tear, the sofa was broken. We said this several times, nothing happened. It is not right that the first thing to start cleaning when entering the apartment. The dirty mattresses were lined with plastic sheets, you can't sleep on them. We would have removed those plastic sheets, but the dirty (clearly pee-soaked) mattresses were revealed underneath. Hotel is a Spa-hotel, but you can not take your under 10-year old child with you. We stayed one week in hotel and it was raining a lot, we were never able to use the Spa during that time. The outdoor swimming pool was clearly closed, you couldn't have gone there in that weather. A deposit is ridiculous for such an apartment. But something good too, there is very much to see (beautiful little villages, etc.) in the vicinity of the hotel, within a 10-kilometer radius, that there was no need to spend time in the hotel itself.

Court séjour calme et très agréable. Un grand bravo pour l’accueil (y compris téléphonique) très pro et extrêmement sympathique de Thomas et de son collègue à notre départ. Nous sommes arrivés à 23 h, les explications pour l’arrivée étaient simples et claires, la villa nous attendait éclairée et chauffée … merci pour cette attention qui mérite d’être mentionnée. Nous avons pu profiter de l espace SPA très agréable. Notre logement était propre, équipé de l’essentiel. Pensez juste à revoir la SDB notamment pour la robinetterie baignoire. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Petit village vacance très sympathique. Le cadre de vie est agréable et le fait que les voitures soient garés tout autour des villas est un plus. C'est confortable de n'avoir aucune voiture qui circule devant la maison, quand les enfants jouent, que nous mangions ect. Très positif ! Nottament l'accès 2h à la balneo offert avec la location. Weekend entre copines pour decompresser du rythme boulot et vie de maman. Cetait dans l'ensemble bien, je reproche juste un manque d'information par rapport à la piscine interieur qui est payante 20€ pour 2h et attention pas à n'importe quelle heure! Et ils vous font sortir 10min avant. La sauna et hammam ne sont pas inclu dzns le tarif, il faut payer en plus. Quelques equipement a changer type porte d'entrer tres abîmée, rongée par l'eau,pareil pour le volet de la chambre. Il y avait un mariage donc nous n'avons pas pu aller au restaurant de l'hotel et nous n'avons pas pu prendre le petit debeuner non plus j'aurais aimé en etre informée avant. Si non tout est ok, literie, salon, cuisine, equipement environnement

Feriestedet har en god beliggenhed , men der var flere utilfredsstillende ting. Først var der problemer med at få den kategori lejlighed. som vi havde booket. Uvenlig receptionspersonale indtil “chefen” kom. Der manglede sengelinned i den ene lejlighed, og tros henvendelse til receptionen kom det først ved 22 tiden, efter endnu en henvendelse. Flere ting manglede i lejligheden i.flg. inventarlisten (bl.a. støvsuger, stor gryde o.a. småting). Ved henvendelse til receptionen, trak de blot på skulderne! I den ene lejlighed sejlede køkkengulvet i vand fra optøet køleskab ved ankomsten og i den anden lejlighed kunne køleskab ikke køle og frostbox ikke åbnes p.gr. af tilisning. Prisen for rengøring af lejligheden er eller pæn høj! Vi har været på feriestedet flere gange. Vi synes om placeringen og egnen, men det er ærgerligt at standarden er faldet så meget. Poolen var dejlig og vejret var godt!! Med leje, rengøring og skatter synes vi ikke, vi helt har fået valuta for pengene.

Accueil faussement agréable par le directeur, pas de surclassement possible sans acheter une nuit supplémentaire (doublement facturé), pas de savon dans les chambres, décoration des appartements année 70, jardinet privatif impraticable, dîner en terrasse bruyant( ventilation du spa), piscine fermée à 20h, expérience vraiment très moyenne. 1er et dernier séjour, dommage, l’offre paraissait alléchante.

Впечатление от отеля странные! Вроде всё хорошо, но куча нюансов портит впечатление! Естественно, что 4 звёздами там и не пахнет, но учитывая стоимость номеров норм! Номера не плохие, но не обжитые и не уютные! Мы жили в обычных домиках, территория при домовая вообще не ухоженная! Спа зона включена, но по записи и мужчинам можно только в плавательных трусах, в шортах нельзя! Уборка номера не включена, стоимость от 45 до 195 евро в зависимости от размера дома (при том, что ты платишь за уборку, посуду должен помыть сам)!!! Бассейн не ухоженный, ледяной! Вход в бассейн через выямку с ледяной водой, принудительное мытьё ног! Такого я ещё не встречала! Парень на ресепшн, явно злился, когда я чего-то не могла понять на английском! Ресепшн работает не круглосуточно, а по определенным часам! Очень много детей, но детская площадка это одно название! Детям нельзя в спа, да и в ресторане нас отказались садить с ребёнком, прикрываясь резервом всех столов, хотя ни одной таблички с резервом нигде не было! В общем отель оставил неоднозначные ощущения! Я не успела забронировать дом у владельцев, у них дома уютные и облагороженные! Если решите ехать в этот отель, рекомендую искать у владельцев номера!

Maison très très froide en arrivant, limite frigorifique. Vue sur le jardin en chantier avec des câbles qui sortent du sol. La salle de bain moisie au plafond et le porte papier toilette en fin de vie. Le matelas lui aussi en fin de vie et dans un état visuel plus que douteux ! La poêle de cuisson qui a fait son temps. Sinon personnel serviable et souriant et le cadre du village sympathique.
