We were surprised that the sheets and pillows were provided separately and we had to put them on ourselves. The pillows were low quality and flat. The location is convenient though not walkable to a lift. The pool closes at 19:00 so don’t expect to go after dinner.

Honestly, one of the worst places I have stayed in a while. Check-in was good and staff were helpful. However, from there it deteriorated quickly. The room was dated and very basic. No grill, no toaster, coffee machine was there but there was moldy coffee left in it. Walls had been repaired in a really poor way in places and the equipment was old and not clean. Worst thing about it was the fact that the place had clearly not been cleaned properly. It was really dirty. There was supposed to be a vacuum cleaner in the building (as per the notification in room) but there was nothing. We brushed and cleaned the floor but when we went to check out, they told us the vacuum was at reception so we had to go back and hoover. No issue with doing this but the fact that the room was not clean when we arrived meant I was unimpressed with needing to go all the way back to the room to complete this job. Location is good, right next to the slope and a small drive from the gondola and lifts. Parking was also good, with plenty of room. All in all, a very bad experience and we will not stay again.

Spacious apartment. Excellent lake views, (because we were on top on 2nd line). You need transportation to go to town. Check out required is to early, imo. Pet friendly.

The state of the room depends largely on previous tenant. Depending on how you book, bedsheets and towels may not be included, so worth calling beforehand to check. You are required to clean after yourself, so will need some washing up liquid, sponge, toilet paper, general toiletteries inc. soap/gel, etc. My only real issue was with the opening times at reception. closing at 12 and not reopening until 5 pm is not really an acceptable standard in hospitality. Depending on the time you are planning on arriving, you'll have to wait or make sure you call for them to wait for you. We were driving from far and it was a bit stressful to have to plan so carefully. Equally, on the last day we wanted to leave luggage in the hotel to change, but we would have needed to wait until they opened at 5, so had to pack everything in the morning and change in the car.

Bueno, el departamento no estaba tiene cocina vitrocerámica, nevera, microondas, agua caliente, calefacción a tope osea que calienta bastante bien las que hay, las vistas fueron un poco justos pero podia apreciar algo del valle. El acceso a las pistas de ski nos quedaba a unos 10 minutos caminando y en coche a 2 minutos. Estan super chulas y el.costo no es muy caro.

Je n'ai pas trouvé la chambre très propre et le sol était collant. appartement sombre, je ne m'y suis pas senti spécialement a l'aise. Néanmoins fonctionnel.

Juste bien

Nous avons passé un super sejour. Venus sans connaitre la region, le Directeur et sa femme nous ont donné de nombreux conseils pour decouvrir le coin. Conseils tres utiles qui nous ont amené sur de très belles randonnées. Très humains et accueillants ce fut un plaisir de passer du temps a discuter avec eux. Concernant le logement, très belle vue sur le lac et bon rapport qualite prix.

Excellent séjour.Une résidence très bien située.Appartement propre et fonctionnel avec une vue magnifique sur le lac de Matemale. Un grand merci aux responsables de l accueil pour leur gentillesse et professionalisme.

Apartamento correcto, pequeñito pero con todo lo necesario para pasar el fin de semana. La piscina también muy correcta para relajarse después de un día de nieve

Accueil chaleureux, equipements correspondants à notre attente. Une semaine de bien-être, accompagnée de bons conseils des hôtes.

Séjour convenable , dommage nous avions réservé pour la piscine et le spa mais non ouverts .

Très bon séjour au niveau de l’établissement,mais nombre insuffisant de bornes électriques sur la station des Angles (66).

Appartement convenable. Petite remarque dommage que la salle de bain ne soit pas rafraîchie car la baignoire est vraiment mayen avec des taches de rouille, et un mitigeur branlant. coté douche pas de rideaux du coup moisissure sur les murs est de l'eau partout des la première douche. C'est dommage avec quelque petit travaux et un peu de déco ce serait top

Séjour agréable. Accueil parfait par contre, la résidence mériterait un rafraichissement général des espaces communs (piscine, couloirs) et des appartements (moisissure, terrasse sale..)

Suelo sucio sin fregar. Ruido toda la noche extractor cocina y en pitido cada minuto del sensor anti incendios. Increíble que esto suceda. Te dicen que les bajes la basura y las sábanas a recepción al marchar. Es deplorable. Menos mal que solo habíamos reservado una noche!! Lo único bueno que tiene es que esta al lado de pistas, pero no merece la pena. Un suspenso total!!!
