Very happy with the condition, location, cleanliness and staff of the hotel. Inez, at the front desk was great - very helpful and happy! Parking is quite a challenge, there is one right next to the hotel, but not free, however understandable, because we are right in the city center.

The property is conveniently located near bus stations and the Chamonix Centre, which made getting around very easy. The room itself is small but functional, equipped with a bed and a compact kitchenette including dishes and cutlery (although we did not make use of these facilities). Prior to our arrival, I reached out to the property owners with a few questions but unfortunately did not receive any response, which was disappointing. During our stay, we encountered some significant issues with the bathroom. The sink and bathtub were clogged, had an unpleasant odor, and showed signs of mold. Although we requested cleaning assistance multiple times, the odor persisted and was quite uncomfortable throughout our stay. Additionally, only one roll of toilet paper was provided, and guests are expected to supply their own thereafter. When I attempted to purchase an additional roll from reception, I was informed that this was not possible. Overall, while the location is a strong advantage, improvements in communication, maintenance, and guest amenities would greatly enhance the experience

This hotel offers virtually no service. While bed linens are provided, guests are expected to make the beds themselves and even strip them before leaving. You’re also required to thoroughly clean the room upon departure, or an extra charge will apply. Basic essentials like toilet paper and soap were either missing or insufficient. Overall, it does not offer good value for the price. Not recommending it!

We left the residence earlier than planned despite having paid in full, because the apartment was absolutely uncomfortable and unsuitable for a stay with a newborn. The accommodation was advertised as renovated, but in reality it was very old. The mattress was worn out and uncomfortable, the kitchen was outdated, the fridge door did not close properly, and the pans were excessively used and in poor condition. The bathroom was particularly problematic: there were no shelves or towel holders, the shower holder was broken and could not support the shower head, water spilled everywhere during use, and although the ventilation was supposedly checked, it was barely working. This created a damp, mouldy atmosphere that felt unsafe to breathe, especially with a newborn. Regarding baby facilities, the crib provided was a camping bed suitable for toddlers, not a proper newborn crib, and there was no changing table available. These are basic necessities when travelling with an infant and were completely missing. Parking was also poorly managed: although there was space available, two large SUVs were parked next to each other in a way that made entering and exiting extremely difficult, particularly when handling a newborn and baby equipment. This experience was a major disappointment. We have stayed at Pierre & Vacances residences before and had very different expectations based on past experiences. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet basic comfort, safety, or quality standards.

The room was large and comfortable, in a great location, and a nice balcony facing a park with views of the mountains. We had a good stay. Our only comments, is that the front office is open from 9-12pm and 4-7pm. if you arrive outside those times you need to make arrangements in advance. We were not aware of this, so we had to wait out until the front office open. Also, the room did not include additional garbage bags, which became a problem when the bins got full and had to be emptied.

The place is a great value for what you get. It is spacious, with kitchen, deck looking up at mt. Blanc. Right next to bus station too. The one major down side is that the wifi didn't really work. So that was a major, major downside. If you are from out of country on a limited data plan, you depend on using hotel wifi when at home. They knew it was bad, and i guess never tried to fix it.

I didn't like the fact that check-in starts late at 5 pm, and check-out is early at 10 am. Also, the photos do not correspond to reality. One gets the impression that bunk beds are a separate room...but this is not so and they are located right next to the bathroom...it would be some inconvenience if we rested in 4. In general, our apartments were clean. But there was mold in the bathroom. All these inconveniences were compensated by the distance to the bus station and the wonderful view from the window. The girls at the reception were also very friendly :)

Comfortable and clean room with all amenities foreseen. Wonderful mountain and river view from the balcony. Staff was very friendly, polite and responsive to all my requests. All in all a great experience and I would go back again when in Chamonix.

Good place and great value, less than 10 mins to cham centre, plenty of restuarants and bars also nearby, plus a good pizza delivery place next door! All area ski buses stop at / from chamonix sud station which is 100m walk away...
