Séjour très agréable encore une fois dans cette résidence ! L emplacement est exceptionnel, à 2 pas de la plage, proche des commerces et du complexe thalasso. Cette fois, la météo a été très capricieuse mais, faute de baignade, il y a toujours de jolies promenades à faire à proximité, y compris côté espagnol.

Sokoburu had everything we needed! We were so pleased with our studio, very clean, stocked with a coffee maker, a kettle, and all other utensils we needed for cooking and eating. The location is unbeatable, and the view of the port side had us in awe!! We will definitely be back, and highly recommend it!

The property profile was misleading. There was no bedroom only a hallway with bunk beds and a sleeper sofa. The sofa was dirty and had stains on it. The unit had an extreme odor. The cancellation policy was lousy. The check-in was only available at certain times.

Room cleaning is not included in the price.
You need to clean up the room (especially the kitchen) and throw away the trashes before you leave.
So make sure you have some time before you leave to do them; if you need to leave in a hurry, you have to pay for the cleaning fee.
Also, the reception closes from 12 to 3 pm.

Great location, at 50 meters from the beach and boulevard. Welcoming reception and very helpful. Had email contact prior to arrival and they were incredibly responsive and helpful. Small unit though for a family of four (with a 2yr and 3 yr old), yet everything available (kitchenette, utensils, pots and pans, traditional coffee machine, water cooker, broom). Pull out sofa was so so (and squeaky), also it made the room really small, and bunk beds ditto. The balcony was great, both for eating and drying clothes. Garage available for a mere €50 for a whole week. Outside parking is paid parking. We didn’t use breakfast but a deli is around the corner as well a few restaurants. Also, with a 5 minute ferry you can cross the harbor and set foot in Spain. All in all, it was welcoming, clean, fully equipped, good price/quality ratio, excellent location and we’d go again.

We arrived at 2 hours after check in time to find no staff and the door locked. Luckily some of the other residents helped us find the message left for us about our room (behind a code locked door).
If you go expecting this to be a hotel you will be disappointed. The rooms are mini portents. The beds are tiny and not comfortable. The TV is miniscule. To have the room cleaned and fresh laundry costs extra. There is only reception at certain times of day.
On the other hand the rooms are larger that an average hotel room, there is parking (at a cost) and the staff are charming and helpful when you are there.
The position is good, about a ten minute walk into the main beach area. There are restaurants, bars etc within the same complex of buildings.
get a marina view room if you can, the view to the rear is not inspiring.

Amabilidad y simpatía las personas que nos atendieron, pero el apartamento necesita una distribución distinta, la ducha donde la habitación y el váter a la entrada del apartamento es incómodo,el toallero medio caido. La ducha al tener solo una cortina se salía el agua. Entiendo que sea un apartamento, pero pago un precio por noche, para no tener que limpiar a mi salida. En ningún sitio pone que tienes que pagar una fianza que te cobran en el check in.
