Great Hotel.

Food selection was extremely limited

The hotel was well situated, a short walk to Notre Dame and the latin quarter. Plenty of places to eat and drink. All the staff were friendly and welcoming at the hotel. The room was nice and clean, the bed was very comfortable, but it was noisy. Being on the ground floor meant you heard people walking past outside and having a maintenance cupboard opposite was not.ideal.

My stay at Select Hotel – Rive Gauche was excellent. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the hotel overall felt well maintained. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of options each morning. The customer service was also outstanding—everyone was friendly, helpful, and made the stay even better. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean room good

We had a wonderful stay here for 3 nights this November. From the start, our experience was just perfect. Every single staff member we interacted with was so warm, friendly, and couldn’t do enough to help where needed. The hotel is really beautiful inside, and we were lucky enough to be upgraded to one of their executive rooms which was just lovely! The reviews of this hotel speak volumes, and I’m so glad we booked. We wouldn’t hesitate in visiting this hotel again next time we visit Paris. Thankyou for everything!

Very responsive service, beautiful decor and a fantastic location.

I really enjoyed my time there. It was accessible and close to everything, and the amenities were exactly what I needed.

Whilst the staff were extremely helpful and the property was clean and presentable, we were very disappointed with the room we had been allocated. It was extremely small and tucked around a corner with no proper view of the outside. We felt it may have previously been a room used for something else and not a purpose built bedroom.

Nice hotel and wonderful location!

The room is very old, no soundproofing that I can hear every door shuts or opens. There was no door to shower so it literally few step away from bedside, and there was no blinds so the light shines in when dawn. Will never return to this 4 stars hotel that more like a budget hotel, except for the staffs, staffs are amazing. By the way, my partner was bit by unknown bug in this hotel after the first night.

The room was a snug fit, but very well appointed and smartly so. The front desk people were wonderful and so helpful. The hotel is located in such an awesome location near Notre Dame and near so many cool alleys with so much nightlife. Highly recommended.

Beginning with the modern and inventive lobby and continuing to the typically Left Bank small but well appointed rooms, this property is superb in every way. Special appreciation to front desk manager Laurent and to the wonderful cookies available in the early evening. Care and consideration are obvious in an expensively rehabilitated structure, including its modern elevators. A much appreciated bonus are the Nespresso machines in rooms and excellent lighting including special reading lights for the bed. Although the baths are small, they are well lighted and have a quality hair dryer easily available. The location could not be better for Rive Gauche devotees, with the oldest parts of the Sorbonne only feet away, a Metro nearby and only a few minutes to the Luzumbourg Palace and Garden. Newly reopened Notre Dame and its reinstated 400pm Sunday organ concerts is only ten minutes away. Situated directly on the Pl de la Sorbonne, the entry is adjacent to a lovely small fountain. Two adjacent brasseries serve excellent and affordable cuisine. Easily one of the Left Bank's best hotels and strongly recommended..

We loved our stay here, the room is good size, facilities are great, and the staff is amazing, welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The location is hard to beat, with lots of restaurants, shops, and public transportation just a few steps away.

very nice boutique style hotel in the middle of one of the most tourist convenient areas in Paris city centre, Staff was great, place is well kept right between the Latin Quater & The 6th arrondissement, we went there my wife and I have a great time, totally walkable to Seine River, Notre Dame, Luvre, St Michel blvd, St germain, and many Metro stations
