This is not a hotel ! . . It was a basic apartment , that you’re meant to take your own bedding , linen and towels to . . we asked for such and got sheets but no pillowslips and had to make the bed up ourselves . . all a bit grim . . and we had to give a deposit before we stayed , which we did get back , but not usual though !

Hard to describe. Hallways a very dim, all on sensor lights. There's lots of "rules" around your room. Just felt uncomfortable about being there. Dinan is an amazing town, you can do better for accommodation than here

The pool was closed .
The bar and restaurant closed on Easter Sunday and Easter Monday.
The bed was hard as rock
And the room are tired and need to be redecorated.
And they ask you to take you litter and recycling to bins in the car park !!

I was quite pleased to find these rooms are more like flats which is great and spacious for the kids. Can buy food at the supermarket and prepare at home, however, you have to make sure of the kitchen facilities in the room as we had a fridge a hob and a microwave, no oven.
So we bought diners/ breakfast accordingly.
The rooms were very plain but perfect for our stay, however I had to clean a bit to feel comfortable. Switches were quite dirty and there was dirt on the walls in every rooms, toilets, bathroom. I saw many reviews mentioning about that and I was disappointed to see the hygiene standards hadn’t improved effectively.
The place smelled of cigarette, for non smokers it’s a bit repulsive.
There is a pool outside which is great for the kids.
This place isn’t my favourite but is quite convenient for families with no particar standards.
My standard in hotels and rentals is hygiene so we could come back if we have to.

Our family of 5 was very comfortable in this apartment. It's about a 10 minute walk from historic Dinan which worked wel for us since we had a car and it was easy to park it and leave it. My kids liked the pool after a long day. The kitchen worked but just be aware that it doesn't have any condiments, oil, etc so you'd need to get those
