The building is old, but so is Paris. It’s a very nice place to stay. The staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was great. I look forward to staying their again.

Villa Alessandra is a wonderful choice for your stay in Paris. Their staff members are extremely welcoming and kind and they are very helpful. The cleaning crew is also very nice and do a very good job of keeping the place clean. The area around the hotel is very safe- it is close to transportation and also offers a variety of shopping and food options. My only issue was that the AC in my room was broken, but the staff did provide me a fan that got the job done. Overall I had an amazing experience and highly recommend this hotel!

The pictures of the rooms are so deceiving. The rooms are crazy tiny. The shower was a half glass wall that didn’t hold water in. The drain was very slow. Beds had little bugs( not bed bugs) dead on the sheets. When checking out, they tried to charge us for the 20€ breakfast. We ate at local cafes for less, and wonderful food. The breakfast buffet at the hotel was cereal pastry, cook your own boiled egg. Cold cheese and sliced meat. Not worth 20€. Floors did not get cleaned, the curtains hanging around the bed had hair from previous guests in it. The bed practically touched the desk. Couldnt get to the closet when my husband was at desk or on his side. It did have water in bottles, and a water kettle that boiled water. Great location. Staff helped with transportations, and advice of the area. AC worked well.

The regular staff was on vacation and my air conditioner was broken. 2 different front desk employees assured me I would get at least a fan but I did not get one. On the third call the front desk admitted no fan was available and apologized. I had an uncomfortable night’s sleep. Early the next morning the front desk employee volunteered to get me a last minute taxi to the airport when 3 different Bolt drivers cancelled at the last minute. He saved the day! Many thanks and a little sweat.

Ahmad's friendly presence made every interactions so kind, and Mark's professionalism ensured all of our needs were met with grace. The entire team works with a seamless synergy that makes a real difference.
