Great value stay at Zenitude! The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout, and the bed was really comfortable. The room was clean, though the bathroom is a bit dated. Air conditioning was available and much needed. The balcony was lovely, just could use a dust-down of cobwebs. The pool area and loungers were fabulous, and the breakfast area was great too. Parking is available under the hotel, and it’s only a 15-minute taxi ride to La Croisette. Plenty of superb restaurants within a 5-minute walk or supermarket to cook in the room. Would recommend!

Very quiet and nice view on the sea and the mountains. The room was reasonably sized and the bed was comfortable. The shower could be improved though. It's quite small, the pressure was not that great and there were temperature variations when showering, which is not very pleasant. The breakfast has a reasonably good number of options but for the price (€16) nothing extravagant. However, the freshly pressed orange juice was a good surprise. So overall I was quite happy with my stay.

Please do not stay here. I booked my trip for 6 days and left first thing the next morning for another hotel down in Nice. Firstly, this area is horrible. Feels like the most dangerous part of Mexico. There is nothing around. People scary. Super isolated. To do anything is an hour train ride. Next, check out closes at 8. Like staff go home. I have never heard of that. What if you lose your card that night?? And I think they charge you if you arrive to check in late. Also keep in mind this is the only hotel I ever got in France that charges a $200 card hold. Not to mention they charge you for every little thing. No hotel I stayed at ever charged for parking. If you want to breathe a little harder it is another $50. Then we have the room. That was probably the nicest part of the stay. The cheapest room is a good size until you get to the fact that there is NO DOUBLE LOCK?? I was asleep and at 6 IN THE MORNING some lady is in my room and I was so startled that she screamed and just ran out, leaving stuff in the room. That was the point I said “oh no, I’m out of here” and checked out immediately. The area was so off I got an Uber to my next hotel instead of lugging luggage down their 70 hills & strange vibe. My next hotel was tinier than you can imagine with no kitchen, no shower blocker, nowhere to place things on the sink, etc.. but I still enjoyed my trip 40 times better there than I would have in this slightly bigger hotel. Don’t do it. Trust me.

We arrived at 1130pm with my disabled mother, and the hotel was closed it was very upsetting after a long journey, we had to access a card and telephone number to contact a hotel employee, there wasn’t any water in the rooms and no information about anything!! The next morning I spoke to the receptionist and she was extremely rude, she was very unhelpful. The pool area needs maintenance so does the outside area of the hotel, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel !

A Parcheggiare intorno ho avuto difficoltà, si sono resi necessari un paio di giri, volendo si paga un supplemento e si parcheggia all’interno (due piani disponibili al costo di 10 Euro al giorno). Gentilezza alla reception (che ha orari limitati, 7-12 e 15-20), poi occorre chiamare un numero che ti da un codice di entrata. Viene chiesto un deposito cauzionale di 100 Euro dalla carta di credito. Camera di dimensioni normali, con balcone, tavolino, pulizia buona. Aria condizionata ok, ottimo il termosifone elettrico in bagno. TV con solo canali francesi e telecomando obsoleti, l’attacco HDMI non funzionava. scomodi i cuscini, materasso normale. Non mi è mai capitato di soggiornare in una struttura 4 stelle che non ci fossero gli attaccapanni. Vi è il forno a microonde, il piano cottura elettrico, il ferro da stiro, l’asse, la serranda elettrica e non ci sono gli attaccapanni. Dove si appendono i vestiti? La colazione non è abbondante come scelta ma è tutta di qualità (possibilità di spremuta). E’ un residence che prima o poi dovrà fare manutenzione, c’è erba che cresce tra le crepe, ci sono frontalini dei balconi scrostati, mura scolorite.
