Hi.the hotel was very nice the atmosphere was great. I like this hotel.

It is located i good place, there is a Casino on the first floor, that is why there is smoking smell during checkin & checkout, it makes me feel not good.

Closeness to everything, safety, cleanliness of the property, spaciousness of the room, view of Europe Square, courteousness of the staff and the buffet breakfast was amazing. We will be a resident of Batumi as a foreigner but for sure will stay again to unwind. Thanks Wyndham!

הגענו מוקדם ב 12:00 , קיבלו אותנו יפה ובמהירות. קיבלנו 3 חדרים, מתוכם אחד היה מעולה ושניים טובים מאוד. ביום האחרון היתה תקלה במיזוג בכל המלון ועקב כך היה ריח של שריפה במלון במשך כל היום.

The rooms were lovely and the staff were very helpful and friendly. However, the casino customers had a habit of shouting down the hotel corridors at 2, 3 and 4 in the morning.

What I loved: beautiful decoration, comfortable bed, very spacious room. Bathroom is also huge. I was in 7 floor, the views are truly beautiful from any side of hotel. Very polite people in the reception. I was allowed to do earlier checking. Wonderful swimming pool, very big, warm water. I was the only person swimming in huge pool. From the pool there are also some views. I didn't eat in the restaurant in top 15 floor, but I checked the views: gorgeous. I didn't like what hotel is called non smoking but it smells everywhere like very smoking place with bad ventilation, starting from the lobby hall and finishing in the room. I really sensible to smell of sigarets and I started to have the headache in few minutes. The windows don't have handle, so it is not possible to open the window to get some fresh air. I needed to ask few times to the girls in the reception to open the window to ventilate the room. So for sure many people are smoking in the rooms and it comes to ventilation system and at the end everyone is breathing the smoke of sigarets. Also the furniture has the smell of sigarets. This is problem for non smokers. For people who smoke this is an excellent hotel with good price for this kind of room with such a beautiful views. Other issues was a wifi connection. Strange what such a good hotel could have such a bad wifi connection.

Great location. walking distance to beach centrally located.

Pictures are deceiving. This is a casino hotel, nothing more. And it stinks like old cigarettes. It is horrible. I stayed one night here. The hotel is dingy. Weird feeling. The front desk is a mere 3 sq. meters. It is the entrance to the casino. Lots of guards around, makes you feel uncomfortable. The worst part is that I started feeling sick after spending about 6 hours here, and by the next morning I was sick. The A/C is blowing in stale smokey air from the casino. It smells horrible and the air is not clean. The entire hotel reeks of it. A week later and I am still uncomfortable. Sinus infection and bronchitis from one night. Do not stay at any hotel with a casino attached. How the reviews of this place are good are beyond me. This place is the worst.

Good: The check in was fast and efficient, room was spacious and beautiful and very comfortable, bathroom was clean and pleasant. Room service was excellent. Neutral: Turkish style breakfast. Some people like it, I don't and with five generously filled vitrines I have problem finding what to eat. All eggs were transparent raw, sunny side up and scrambled as well. I am not sure if this is Turkish way to do them, so I will leave it in neutral... Room has a shortcoming, there is no place to hang your jacket. Bad: Two issues, one of them very serious. First the breakfast... I am aware that might not be intention but it has aura of controlled liquid availability and social filtering. There is no coffee. Only liquids you can get are juices,but glasses are meager 1 dl. I want liquids in the morning. Coffee, juice, water, tap water if nothing else. All what is offered during breakfast is nothing if I am thirsty. If you want coffee you must ask for it, and you will get only if they want to give you, when they want to give it to you, and you can't make it yourself but they will decide how much sugar and how much milk you can get. And if you try to get some coffee you will be rudely told to "go back to your place". Rude staff. Social filtering. Some people get served constantly. Some are denied service. Second: Underground garage. Hotel is trying to prevent you to go inside since it is dirty, smelly and used as garbage storage. In short: Stay in hotel but avoid breakfast. Eat

Wonderful hotel, great amenities, spa etc. Courteous staff, we were really spoiled. From the fantastic rich breakfast buffet, to the spa facilities, housekeeping, just everything and everyone! Surprised us with a lovely birthday cake!!!

Breakfast here was amazing, the staff were also very helpful and attentive. Rooms were well appointed and comfortable.

General review: Our stay was great. Breakfast had good variety. Rooms lovely and clean. Pool and spa area was good. Reception staff always so helpful and friendly. However the staff at spa reception were always trying to make us book in for a massage so it was quite annoying. Hotel in great location. McDonald’s just across the road, a 24hour market just 5 minute walking, anything you can think of is in walking distance, shops, restaurants, bars, karaoke, but if you want a shopping mall then better to get a taxi which is about 10/15 lari. The beach is in walking distance too. In our opinion there is no other better hotel in terms of location in batumi aside from raddison blue, which we haven’t stayed before but it is 10/15 min walk from Wyndham and seems overpriced. More detailed review: Room: We were meeting up with some family so had 4 rooms booked. We were all put beside each other on the same floor with lovely views so that was really great. It is October time we were there and I get cold really easily so I wasn’t that happy with the rooms only having air conditioning. But the staff were helpful in providing extra blanket. The rooms were lovely and clean however another fault I found is that they weren't well lit. No main light in the bedroom area, just bedside lights and a lamp in the corner. We also didn’t have a menu in our room and it wasn’t until our family members came a week after we arrived that there was a restaurant menu and room service available.

Excellent location, great hotel, clean, wide rooms, good space, but English is not well spoken at reception

Very pleasant. Great facilities and staff. Goo, mainly Turkish style, breakfast. Decent free wi-fi although I'd like it a bit faster. I thought the food prices were very acceptable for a 4-star hotel. In particular, I think the all-you-can-eat Turkish dinner for GEL 35 is a great deal--if you have the appetite--because most Turkish restaurants would cost you at least GEL 15 for a basic meal. Great location on Europe Square with most locations of interest within walking distance. The only thing I'd like improved is the air-conditioning in the rooms: it needs to be cooler at night.
