Room was much bigger than expected, very clean. Hotel is in a perfect location if you love hiking, it’s a short walk from the start of a bunch of trails that go in to the Black Forest. Staff is very friendly.

AMAZING location, just a short walk from the start of the hiking trails in to the Black Forest and a short walk to the city centre with plenty of options for shopping, spas, and restaurants. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I will gladly come back here again!

Very pleasant, relaxed, huge amount of space and kitchen facility. Great for a longer stay for people who enjoy hiking.Extremely good value for money. No Air Conditioning so do not book during a Heatwave. Staff are very lovely.

The Batschari Palais was a wonderful place to stay in Baden-Baden. It has onsite outdoor parking for a small fee or a parking garage for a fee. It is in a quiet neighborhood easily walkable to the center of Baden-Baden.
The hotel has an on-site spa, which was super convenient and affordable. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very friendly and willing to help answer all inquiries about the area.

Very friendly staff that do go the extra mile on every request. Room was very spacious and the hotel is walking distance to most of the attractions in Baden-Baden. We did not have the breakfast as we opted to have it at one of the cute restaurants in town. WiFi was fast which is great for business travelers. Definitely very good value for money.
