We found a significant amount of dog hair on the carpet, which was unacceptable, especially as we were traveling with an 11-year-old child who has a dog allergy. This raised serious concerns about the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the room. We strongly believe that guests should never be assigned to a room in such a condition, particularly when it may pose potential health risks. That said, after we reported the issue, the hotel staff responded promptly and arranged a room change for us. We appreciate their quick action and willingness to resolve the problem.
