Clean, well located hotel. Main pool and spa were closed for refurbishment during our brief stay but wasn't reason for visit it was proximity to event we were attending at zitadelle. Bed comfy, breakfast varied and tasty, overall good stay with good service, would stay again. Rooftop bar was nice touch.

One of the best hotels I've been to! Excellent spa hotel with 2 indoor pools. The breakfast is great and has lots of options. A few bus stops from Ratnaus Spandau train station where you can catch s+u bahn and trains to other cities.

The property was very nice, lots of amenities. The pool and gym looked great but I didn't have a chance to use them. The location was ok, bus stop nearby to get to the train station, all very convenient. The breakfast buffet was delicious. Only ate dinner 1 night, fod was very good. The rooms were clean. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
