We had a cosy family room with a nice balcony view. Even more fortunate, it snowed on our first day. The breakfast was great with a nice variety of bread, cold meat and hot bacon/bratwurst and eggs. Will definitely stay at this place if we ever revisit the region

There weren't many good options for an overnight stay in Freudenstadt, so we were happy to find this hotel for the first night of our 3 day/2 night Black Forest tour. Our room was spacious and included a refrigerator, the TV had family friendly channels for our son, the shower was hot with good water pressure, the bed was pretty comfortable, and everything was clean. We also appreciated the underground parking and short drive into the center of Freudenstadt. What really made this place stand out though was the friendly staff and impressive breakfast buffet. We felt warmly welcomed by the woman at reception and well taken care of by the breakfast staff. The breakfast included the usual things you get at a European hotel but also some things you don't, such as scrambled eggs and sausage. We also enjoyed the pool, although the water was chilly so we couldn't stay in long. Our only gripe was with the poor WiFi signal in our room (we were on the 3rd floor at the end of the hall, so that probably didn't help).

Very nice hotel with a cute pool, good breakfast and helpful staff. A medium length walk for town center, but they do give you a card that provides free parking, along with free mass transit, some free activities, and other perks.

we received the blackforest card but without any information. We found out later that it could be used for many activities in the area, bus, tram in several places. That was disappointing. The restaurant was closed. The single room had a small bed, not very comfortable.

Not recommend for families. Reseaon. No aircondition. At least they shouod put a fan!
The room is too smily. Alot of insects and mosquitos. Which make my kids not sleeping.sometimes the weather got hot so the hotel should prepare for this by at least fans. It really impact my stay and the enjoyment of my kids in thire holiday. I totally blam hotel.Com i talke to them about this issues and negative responed.! Too sad with my respect to hotel.Com

Sehr zu empfehlen, frisch renoviertes Hotel, saubere Zimmer, nettes Personal, tolles qualitatives Frühstück. Hotel liegt am Rande der Stadt, bis zum Marktplatz sind es ca. 25 Minuten zu Fuß. Wir würden wieder kommen!

Me gusto el encanto del hotel en gran parte por su localización sobre todo en dias de nieve. Tambien esta muy bien la piscina y su horario. Las habitaciones familiares son grandes pero las almohadas dejan bastante que desear. Lo peor y de lo que quiero avisar es que al precio de la reserva alli te hacen añadirle el precio del desayuno de los niños mayores de seis años cuando se supone que el desayuno va incluido

Wir hatten einen tollen Kurzurlaub. Die Einrichtung des Hotels ist zwar schon etwas älter, aber sehr sauber. Der Service war spitzenklasse, vor allem waren die Mitarbeiterinnen auch gegenüber unseren Kindern stets sehr freundlich und geduldig. Das Frühstück ließ auch keine Wünsche offen... Vielen herzlichen Dank!
