Great location, right by an airport tram stop and easy walking on the edge of the city centre. Rooms were spacious and clean. Our room wasn't ready at check-in but the staff were super accommodating and gave us a drinks voucher to use at the bar while we waited.

Excellent location, very close to the old town. Staff very friendly and helpful. When we checked in, the room key system was not working, staff walked with us to let us in the room, very friendly, nothing was too much. Breakfast is really good! Room was spacious, bed a little soft to my liking, but comfortable nevertheless. Several bars in the area, even a club. Restaurants close by. We went in to the Spa too. Small, but nice and very clean. All in all, I would stay here again.

couldn't take a bath, the closure was not fitting, couldn't close the window and a karaokebar underneath, no room service after 10pm, nothing at all to eat, checked in later because of trainproblems

Toilet dirty, room not cleaned, took best part of a day for my delayed luggage to be brought to my room, one lift not working, much time spent waiting for the lift, no evening food available apart from bar snacks, locality very edgy,

I was told afterwards that the surrounding area was a bit unsafe so we parked quite far away to ensure no car break-in. Hotel was OK - standard chain hotel.

Stayed here when it was SuissHotel and it is still one that I love. Highly recommend. Super great for enjoyment of the Bremen central pedestrian only zone.

We really liked the location of this hotel. Lots of little restaurants close by, very close to the Old City, so very easy to walk around. It was perfect for the two days we were there.
There were a few things in the room that weren't working. They were quickly looked after, so the staff was great in responding to the requests for help.

Almost ideal location between the central station and the historic district. Everything can be reached on foot, plenty of dining and sightseeing around. The hotel is located adjacent to the old moat green space, so you can go on walks or a morning run.

This is a very nice hotel in the middle of the city. It’s very spacious and the staff were very helpful. However I dropped off some T-shirts and a pair of jeans for laundry and €73 so that was unexpected. Not happy about that.
