A perfect stay! The view was stunning, and the location couldn’t be better, right by the station, which made getting around super easy. The staff was kind, welcoming, and always helpful. As a solo traveler and foreigner, I felt completely safe and comfortable. I highly recommend for anyone visiting the city!

This property was very nice and convenient. The only issue was no air conditioning, but that was my fault. they did provide tower fans when we requested it. The hotel was excellent, centrally located, and within walking distance to many things. Would highly recommend using this hotel.

We were on the top floor of the hotel with a fantastic view of the Dom. First place we stayed with an elevator! Very convenient. This was a simple room with firm beds, but it was spacious and had good amenities, including plugs in convenient places. Complimentary coffee in the lobby was a nice perk and the price of beer from the desk couldn't be beat. Very handy to lots of great authentic restaurants. We could have used a mini-fridge in the room... not a big deal as we were only there one night. We would stay there again, and strongly recommend.

Our room was very hot, like a sweat box. There was no air con. Opened window but the noise was too much. Out of our window, right next to us was an active building site. Started 6:20am and ended round 5:30pm. Paid a high price for the room but sadly not value for money. Thank God we only stayed one night! Staff were friendly which was the only positive.

Excellent accommodation for a short visit to Cologne old town. The room we booked overlooked part of the cathedral, unfortunatly also a large building renovation which is perhps inevitable in any big city.

While it was nice for my budget, when I asked for additional towels late at night they simple said ‘no you’ll have to wait in the morning’. I have never had anyone deny towels to me. I asked him ‘so am I just not suppose to have towels’ and he said ‘yes you’ll have to wait for my colleague in the morning’. It was the weirdest, interaction I’ve ever had in a hotel. Also there’s construction happening next door and it was very loud every morning which makes it rough to sleep because they don’t offer air conditioning so you have to sleep with the windows open

We liked the location, but other than that had a bad experience with this hotel. Room was incredibly hot and very uncomfortable, the bed was rock hard. There is a construction project on going right beside the hotel so if you plan on relaxing in your room for a few hours during the day the only thing you will hear is the construction just feet away from your window. To top it off, there was a concert being held extremely close to the hotel as well which made for a long first night as it was as if you were in the middle of the crowd with how loud it was.

Staff was amazing. Especially Nelly and Firoz and Moritz. Oddly thr hotel is owned by a beer company so all the artwork in the rooms is Beer ads. This was unusual. But a nice breakfast with very attentive staff. There is a lot of construction all over the block and that is a little discouraging but it is very very close to the Cathedrall. We parked at a nearby city lot, which was affordable.
