Habe zwei Tage gebucht, dann haben noch ein Tag verlängert, ist sehr gut zum ein Urlaub zu machen, ich kann es weiter empfehlen. Personal sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Ein sehr schönes Hotel, mit einem prima Hallenbad. Unglaublich liebevoll sortiertes Frühstücks - Büfett. Nettes unkonventionelles lokal mit der Möglichkeit auf der Terrasse zu sitzen. Freundliches zuvorkommendes Personal. Allerdings für Leute die mit Bus und Bahn kommen, wenig Hilfestellung.

This hotel was probably very nice 30 or 40 years ago but quite tired. Staff is minimal and I waited for over 30 minutes to checkin. Then went down to use the spa at 1800 and no people were around. No towels. Another guest said after 1800 it was necessary to go to the front desk for towels. No staff around for another 30 minutes. Several of the spa facilities were shutdown or not functioning. The whole reason I went to this hotel was that it was rated as 4 star!! It was far from a 3 star! Half of the lights in the pool area didn't work, the water spout in the pool didn't work, nobody was around to assist in the entire spa area and several of the sauna / mud baths etc were not in service. One very nice outdoor sauna did work!! Breakfast was quite good but the restaurant was questionable with bar food. They could definitely use some proper maintance!! I won't be spending over 200 Euros a night again for a mediocro old run down facility.

We went of a 4 day 3 day wellness trip, my parents, sister and myself. we enjoyed the trip except for some construction next to the pool, only few loungers to lie on, and quite some ants in one of our hotel rooms. The area is very nice and Badenweiler is a cute little town with quirky restaurants, shops and walking trails.

Een bevestigde reservering voor twee volwassenen en één kind, maar bij aankomst bleek er slechts een kamer voor twee personen beschikbaar te zijn. Voor ons kind was geen bed. Dat is simpelweg het niet nakomen van een bevestigde boeking. In plaats van een oplossing te bieden, moesten wij zelf verschillende kamers controleren terwijl de receptioniste niet eens wist welke kamers geschikt waren. Uiteindelijk bleek dat er helemaal geen oplossing was. Er werd geen verantwoordelijkheid genomen en wij konden onverrichter zake weer vertrekken. Het meest teleurstellende is dat het hotel vervolgens nauwelijks meewerkte aan de afhandeling van de klacht. Daardoor bleef ik met de schade zitten en wees iedereen naar elkaar. Als consument sta je met lege handen. Fouten kunnen gebeuren, maar geen verantwoordelijkheid nemen en de gast zonder oplossing laten vertrekken is voor mij onacceptabel.

Wir waren für eine Übernachtung in Badenweiler. Das Zimmer war sauber und ruhig und das Bett war sehr bequem. Das Frühstück war ausreichend mit viel frischem Obst und einer Saftpresse für frischen Orangensaft sowie ein Waffeleisen für die Waffelzubereitung. Leider gab es zu wenig Geschirr.

Das Hotel liegt schön und ruhig in einem Park. Der Wellnessbereich und die Therme waren top, bis auf die fehlenden Ruhemöglichkeiten in der Sauna. Das Hotel ist schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen, die Matratzen sind sehr weich und das Badezimmer war sehr klein. Wenn man keine Halbpension gebucht hat, geht man besser auswärts Abendessen. Das Hotel hat zwar eine kleine Karte, aber das Schwarzwälder Vesperbrett kam ohne Brot und die anderen Gerichte waren zum Großteil,wie das Brot auch aus. Das Frühstück war super

Grundsätzlich erwarte ich unter einem De-Luxe Zimmer mehr!! Das Zimmer ist eher klein mit Teppich, Dusche war alt und hat "miefig" gerochen = haben da nie geduscht. Balkon konnte nicht benutzt werden, Dachterrasse ist im Umbau. Wellness-Bereich ist i.O. / Frühstück i.O. Wir würden nicht mehr buchen und auch nicht weiterempfehlen.
