We were just here for one night but we had a great experience. The bed was comfy. The room was spacious. Everything was perfectly clean. A young blonde girl checked us in and she was very nice and very helpful. We appreciated the smiling face on check-in and will definitely be back!

This place was perfect for us as we were only visiting Frankfurt for a day! Had everything we needed, was clean, and also quite close and walkable to most of the things we wanted to do and see in Frankfurt, such as the New Old Town! What really was amazing here was the staff! They were polite, friendly, helpful, and were in a great mood any time that we interacted with them! Would recommend staying here just because of them, but also because the hotel is a nice place to stay if you're in Frankfurt! Thank you!

The hotel's location is good if you want to be near to the train station. For a 3 star hotel, the room had pretty good facilities like a fridge and a good large safe for your belongings.

It is a clean hotel, close to train station, very convinient location for a one night to continue to other cities in Germany. The area is old and aome homeless people around, a police station across the street. Walk to old frankfurt. But not very convinient for night out for dinner and drinks

My 2 night stay was relaxing and comfortable. The location across from the Main Train Station was the reason I chose this Hotel. Though there were a few homeless around, there was enough traffic so you didn't feel unsafe. Lots of walkable sights, but best choice was the Hop On Hop Off that you can carch right outside the Train Station's Main Entrance. Ticket allows you 2 slightly different tour bus routes and also a boat cruise on the Main River. Staff at Hamburger Hof were friendly and very helpful. AC and water pressure were above average and bed was comfortable. Elevator was very small, but worked well. Had breakfast 1 day and it was fine. Great service by staff also. Nice hotel, just sad the neighborhood was a tad disappointing. I would stay again.

Really happy with how close this hotel is to the main train station!! The hotel was clean, A/C worked great, and front desk spoke good English. Even though there are homeless people near the train station (to be expected), there are also a lot of police in the area, and I felt safe in the hotel as a solo female traveler!!

The air conditioner didn’t work ,the elevator could barely fit one person,their was no remote for the tv.outside on the streets people were doing crack .overall a very unsafe area.left that same day and didn’t get my money back.
