Great hotel, lovely details and friendly staff, beautiful rooms, great breakfast. The only downside was the very soft mattress, and in my view breakfast should be included in the room rate as in most other hotels.
Overall fantastic hotel though and i would come back again, but please change the mattresses...

Nice hotel with good service, but too expensive for what it is. Nicely decorated room, but we had a window facing the street, bathroom and shower are very small for this category, no air conditioning, no swimming pool so in my view not a five star hotel as advertised. Also be careful of the hidden costs, we were charged € 20 extra for our dog - I always wonder what for, do they not clean the room if you don’t have a dog? Also breakfast (which was arguably good) is a hefty € 29 per person, so in the end our room went from € 209 to more than € 280. All in all a nice hotel but too expensive for what it is.

The staff was great. The room was very pretty and exactly as pictured online. The food was excellent. But, it was really hot! There is no air conditioning and the room was uncomfortable because of it. We asked for a fan, but did not receive one. Our glass door was adjacent to a common veranda so we could not have the door open more that a crack at the top at night. We opened the window at the top (the only option besides opening the glass door) but we had to have the drapes closed because there was a light right outside our room and there would have been absolutely no privacy. There was no air flow. It was so hard to sleep.
