Hatte mich kurzfristig entschieden am Wochenende in Hamburg zu verbleiben und Das sollte sich Lohnen!Nach einem schnellen Check-Inn ging es auf das Zimmer,naja sagte ich,ist nicht wirklich so,wie vorab beschrieben.Also zurück zur Rezeption und nach einem problemlosem Upgrade bezog ich Zimmer 110,welches Tip/Top und mega geräumig war.Ein sauberes,großes Badezimmer mit großer Wanne,eine gut gefüllte Minibar und ein Kaffeeautomat rundeten meinen positiven Eindruck ab!Auch der Schreibtisch,der Kleiderschrank(innen war sogar ein Schirm für den Fall der Fälle)und die Ausgestaltung des Raumes mit zur Stadt passenden Bildern haben mich beeindruckt!Kurz erwähnen möchte ich noch den Pool im obersten Geschoss(Sauna ist da auch noch),einfach mal schwimmen und die Aussicht auf Hamburg genießen!Das Frühstück ist ordentlich,Angebot gut und vor Allem das Personal ist Irre Super,sieht wenn ein Gast kommt,bedient Ihn prompt und hat immer einen Blick auf den Gast-egal ob der Kaffee nachgereicht werden soll,oder mal ein Foto erstellt werden soll!Ganz besonders ist mir die Freundlichkeit(Offenheit)der ziemlich neuen Empfangsdame am Check-Inn Tag aufgefallen und auch Ihre fürsorgliche Art gegenüber den anderen Gästen!Und selbst das Bier an der Bar,hatte Sie ruck zuck nebenbei fertig!Einen kleinen Wehrmutstropfen gibt es jedoch auch-die Zimmerbeschreibung bezüglich Einzelzimmer stimmt in einigen Portals nicht,denn die aufgeführte Badewanne gibt es in Keinem von Diesen!

The hotel is neither great neither bad. I say its ok for the price and the SBahn station proximately just under 5 min. The neighborhood is quite depressing with all cars parked without any order along the roads and all over around. But the hotel has got its own parking, so you are fine if traveling by car. The hotel itself is clean, the staff is nice. But there are not much space around. Rooms are small, bathrooms are very small. If you travel with partner you may find this arrangement rather uncomfortable. I personally not sure how someone taller than 1.80 m can fit on the toilet stool in these bathrooms, there is not much space for legs. Ventilation is another problem, if two ppl take a shower, then better to keep window a bit open (I traveled in December), otherwise it gets really muggy. The hotel has got a bit strange layout, so despite of elevator being available, you still hassle with extra stairs, narrow corridors and number of turns. Breakfast is ok, its missing some items for the German taste, but there are plenty of items for French or American. Also they don’t have night desk, so you better let the hotel know if arriving late.

Möbel sind schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Wasser im Waschbecken floss kaum ab. Zimmer war dafür sehr groß und das Personal sehr freundlich.

Godt lille hotel. Ligger lidt udenfor centrum, men det er nemt at komme ind til Hauptbahnhof med S-Bahn fra nærliggende station. Rolig beliggenhed, men nabolaget har ikke meget at byde på.

Die Frau beim Check-in wollte uns schnell anfertigen, hat uns dann aber warten lassen und 3 Leute die erst nach uns gekommen sind zuerst angefertigt. Dann gab sie uns noch ein Zimmer das nicht den Fotos unserer Kategorie entsprach. Warm wurde es auch nicht, weshalb wir um 23h nachts umziehen mussten. Da war zum Glück eine andere an der Rezeption. Generell überteuert, Zimmer sind die hohen Preise bei weitem nicht wert.
