After a hiccup at check in when only one room had been reserved instead of our pre-booked two, we were allocated the additional room and went on to have a very pleasant stay in a well appointed, clean hotel with friendly staff. The breakfast choice was excellent and we were able to eat outside on the terrace making the most of the sunshine.

Overall expetience was good. Check in was easy, but the bathroom was dirty with hairs all over the floor when I got there. Reception made sure I could have another room as they said it was too late to get someone to clean. The second room was clean - rooms overall are basic but clean. There is no conditioner, only a combined body/face wash/shampoo. Bottle of water was provided in the room. Breakfast was really good considering it was included in the price of the room!

Reasonable hotel to stay in for a night or two. Rooms are relatively basic and not particularly modern, but comfortable for a night or two. One big point to note is the rooms have not air con so summer would be a nightmare staying here, was hot enough in October let alone August. Not to far from the centre of town, its just a short drive. There was also free parking as part of our booking but I did notice that some people had to pay for parking, so would be worth double checking. Reasonable stay if you prefer a proper hotel instead of a guest house.

The room was comfortable and the breakfast that was included was excellent. We enjoyed the buffet dinner on Sunday night; salad, soup, a choice of two main courses, and dessert at a very reasonable price. It was an added pleasure to find a bus right outside the hotel that we could take into the Centrum (bus ticket available at reception).

We have been returning guests for many years. However, the last visit made us feel as if we were no longer a guest, but a victim of a money grabbing scheme. 1) Last year they charged 7.50 Euros for pets per night. This has increased to 15 Euros. Most hotels charge between 5-10 Euros. 15 Euros is extorsionate especially as their rooms are equipped with hard flooring and not carpet, so it requires little to no more work for the cleaners. 2) They charge a parking fee in a small village/town which is in a safe area and do not offer security barriers or security guards for this charge. It again feels like extortion. 3) You charge for internet for anything over 100mb. Any other hotel I visited in the last 2 years (And I stay in average 60 days in a hotel / year) has not charged me for internet. Regardless whether it was small individual hotel or a hotel from a large chain like IHG, Marriott or Hilton. 4) The mattresses have been replaced by new ones. This sounds great, however they are so hard that they are very uncomfortable which resulted in a sleepless night and back pains. We have written to the hotel and have suggested to offer mattress toppers or a different kind of mattress to ensure guests a good night rest.

Well I booked 2 rooms with double beds and got single beds on line it shows a kettle and there wasn’t one so had to keep asking for hot water to make cup tea the fist morning went for breakfast they run out of rolls and qwasants this also happens second morning I asked why this is happening and was told the work man come early and eat it after complaining next morning was ok so I think on my next trip I will find outher hotel Yours Christine

Hi, there were two surprises for me when arrived, first even hotel advertise free internet it has a cap of 100 MB after that you will be charged for internet. second is the hotel in a remote location and still charged for parking. So if I knew these facts I would not have booked this hotel.

Pleasant experience, I would stay again, unless I could get in the centre of Celle, as taxis too and fro cost a fortune when you add them up. The room was clean and tidy but the beds were uncomfortable and the quilts were too small; the room was roomy enough but it would be nice to have tea and coffee facility in the room. My kids hated the pillows, luckily for me, I brought my own with me. It would also be nice to have had a shuttle service to the hotel from the airport as getting it from the hotel was very expensive so I had to shop around. The breakfast was the best part of the hotel; plenty to set you up for a busy day, lots of choice, scambled/boiled eggs, bacon, sausages, toast, fruits, salad, yogurts, cereals, cakes, crusty rolls and bread; all very fresh. Lovely selection of cheeses and good quality cold meats -a wide range of drinks too. I think this was my kids favourite part.
