A lovely hotel. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Food was delicious - ate breakfast (great buffet and variety) and fabulous lunch too. Staff was very good. Only negative was the WiFi was weak. In this day and age that was disappointing. Overall highly recommend.

We had a great stay here, as we wanted to be close to relatives in Bad Zwischenahn, the location was ideal. Our room was clean and quiet. Most importantly comfy beds. We like the green day approach. Thank to the delightful Frau Sonia who kept the breakfast service tip top.

I liked this hotel a lot but the sun was shining, I'm not sure there were many in-hotel facilities if it had rained though but it didn't so all was good. Room 115 was adequate, I don't like the fixed cheap shower/hair and hand gel dispensers and think these let good hotels down, and also makes for extra packing to bring our own, or having to buy some there which is also annoying. The room was overlooking the outside restaurant/bar area so was a bit noisy in the evening. It's beside a huge outdoor swimming complex which was great. We had a nice walk to the lake which was beautiful. The restaurant was really good as was breakfast. It was a bit hard to find the hotel at first, but we now know to follow signs for the swimming complex.

We selected this hotel because of its location between the two communities where our relatives reside, and because the list of amenities included air-conditioning. Thankfully, it has been a cool summer in Germany, because there was no air conditioning. Otherwise, this older facility is in good condition and aspects have been updated. My son (age 31) and I (age 66) were probably the youngest guests, but we found this rather sweet! I kind of like knowing that one day when I need it, someone will bring a chair toilet up to my room! The staff were very helpful. Breakfast was good and dinner was delicious. I hope to come back in a few years with my husband, so we, too, can ride our adult tricycles on the streets of Bad Zwischinahn. For active elders, this place rocks!

I was staying at this hotel on business, due to my attending a course close by.
The room was clean, confortable and of a decent size, the rates were resonable and the staff were proficient. There is also free Wi-Fi.
All in all I couldn't really fault the hotel, and if I was to visit DEEP again I would be happy tostay there.

Frühstück und Service top. Im Empfangsbereich und im Restaurant wirklich perfekt eingerichtet, aber unser Zimmer war wie aus den frühen 90ern, außerdem lag unser Zimmer nach vorne raus, due ganze Nacht laute Musik vom Restaurant, Müllwagen 4Uhr und 8Uhr ist die Markise über dem Restaurant ausgefahren. An erholsamen Schlaf war da nicht zu denken.
