現地在住の日本人が多く落ち着いた雰囲気のオーバーカッセルでホテルを探し、個人経営で質素な雰囲気が目に留まりこちらにしました。
ベルゼンプランツ駅近くの住宅に溶け込むような立地で部屋も綺麗です。
ホテルから旧市街地へは散策がてら徒歩でライン側を渡って30分ほど、最寄り駅からUバーンに乗ればデュッセルドルフ中央駅まではで10分くらい。
ドイツ流の朝食も毎日の楽しみでした。
次回もこちらに泊まりたいと思わせられる宿でした。

I was saying at Arosa for 9 nights, the hotel itself is very nice, clean and cozy. The beds were great and you will have a good night sleep. The area around the hotel have a few restaurants and german pubs where you can both eat and drink.
2 minutes from the hotel will you find the tram station which will take you to Alstad or Dusseldorf inner city in 10 minutes. I really like this hotel and will definetly use it again.

The hotel is small. The location is not central but easy to reach centres very quickly because the tram line is about 100m away.
The room was clean but didn't smell great. It was very very basic.
The internet was fast.
There is no room service as was advertised on the website.
It is just a room and a bathroom... With interesting decor...?!?!
The hotel has parking but no other facilities.
It was the cheapest I could find and was alright.
I probably wouldn't stay again, though I don't really have anything much to complain about.

Lage :Das Hotel Arosa hat eine hervorragende Lage um in Oberkassel fussläufig alles zu erreichen bzw. die Haltestelle der Strassenbahn ist ca. 150 Meter entfernt, von dort kann man leicht in 5 Minuten die City von Düsseldorf erreichen.
Sauberkeit ist excellent, das Frühstück ausreichend, Parkplatz vorhanden. Sehr engagierter Inhaber.....Bei der Nachtruhe muss man Abstriche machen, da die Hauptstrasse und die Strassenbahn nicht weit entfernt ist. Gute Preis/Leistung, jederzeit wieder.

Sehr freundliches Personal. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und gut. Gute Verkehrsanbindung. S-Bahn (Belsenplatz) nur 50 m entfernt. Mir war die Matratze etwas zu weich. Alles in allem aber ein gutes, empfehlenswertes Hotel.
