Stayed here when this hotel just opened probably about 10 years ago. Stayed a few times since, but not for a long while. They have since refurbishedd rooms, they took consideration of my requests, and I didn't hear any noise from other guests (perhaps I was lucky). So all was good, better than I expected so five stars from me.

Good quality hotel, friendly staff and nice rooms. The room was clean and comfortable, if looking a little dated. Some parts of the hotel appear to have been recently refurbished and look very smart. Around 10 minutes from the main railway station and a little further to the city centre.

On the same road as the wonderful chocolate factory - a must visit.
Problem for us for the extremely hot weather - up to 38C.
The room had no air conditioning so was too hot at night.
The hotel offered free ice creams - a nice gesture.

Having looked for somewhere reasonably priced to sleep as I was visiting a friend, this was a perfect choice. Walkable from the Hauptbahnhof, opposite a tram stop, polite and helpful staff and a good sized clean room... just what I needed. I'd definitely go back.

The hotel is 7 min walk from Railway station, but it is in the opposite direction from the city center. It is approximately 30 min walk to Market square. However, there is a streetcar station just across the street. Well maintained property. Rooms are quite small. Pretty good breakfast. Reasonable ratio price/quality

A short walk from the train station. The neighbourhood isn't much to look at but I saw a Döner stand from my window and it had great Turkish pizza and sold beer.
The staff was nice and they left gummies on my pillow.
Keep your window closed unless you want to hear the tram all night.
I'd stay there again.

I have stayed at the Atlas Halle Hotel before hence my decision to stay there again. I was only there for one night as I was heading from southern to northern Germany. The hotel room was very clean, had a modern bathroom and a comfy bed too. Downstairs in the hotel is a restaurant (I had tortellini which was delicious) and also has a reasonable selection of German beers. I go to Germany a couple of times a year and would definitely recommend the Atlas if you're stopping in Halle or possibly even if you're visiting close-by Leipzig. It is about a 5 min walk from Halle Hbf (main station) - exit out of the main entrance, cross over the tram lines and turn right on Delitzcher Str. Carry on walking up about 5 or so mins and it is on your right hand side, can't miss it.

Wir mussten zweimal umziehen weil das extra Bett defekt war. Rezeption war hier nicht sehr unterstützend und überfordert. Vermutlich weil die arme Auszubildende im 2. Lehrjahr alleine war. Es handelt sich hier aber eher um ein Führungsproblem als ein Problem der Mitarbeiter.
Andere MA waren häufiger am Handy als sich im die Gäste zu kümmern
