Clean, secure and safe

It was very good but very far from the train station. It was a 20-minute walk along streets in the dark at night. The hotel could offer a shuttle service from and to the station upon on request for paying guests.

This hotel was excellent. Close to direct train to Munich. Close to shops and eateries. Staff were helpful and friendly. Room was a good size and breakfast had a large range of food to choose from. The directions and check in were spot on. Easy parking, although the construction going on did make it a bit tricky but nothing a u turn couldn't fix. Totally recommend this hotel.

We enjoyed our stay here. We liked the small town that was close by. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Parking was free, which was a plus. I thought 14 euros for breakfast was high because the breakfast was not that good.

Everything was perfect, except welcome parking for just arrived guests. It was difficult more than in any large airport! Best wishes from Georgia,

Very comfortable and the breakfast was good. A little further away from the city than we expected, but it was still fine.

Do yourself a favor and book a business class hotel if you're here in the summer. Germany and the rest of Europe is having a heat wave, and most establishments including hotels DO NOT have A/C. Coming from the U.S., you wouldn't think to look for a hotel specifically with AC, but after 2 nights at another place inside Munich, we were dying. We had a rental car so location wasn't an issue. We weren't going to city center, so the location didn't bother us, instead we were going to different lakes every day. There's also a great biergarten only 9 minute drive away, plus you get the wondeful scenery being outside of Munich. About the hotel, it's incredibly clean and feels like a campus or business office. The parking is free, and so is the hot breakfast (great quality). The pricing is incredible for Munich area. We enjoyed our 4 nights there, easy in and out. Really cold AC, and the view from the 9th floor is great. The bathrooms are huge and modern. What you see in the photos is exactly what you get. The only big CON is the Wifi requires a personal login per device, and is limited to 5GB before you need to request a new login. That's good for about 5 episodes on Netflix. Since this is a quiet campus hotel, the "front desk" won't be there all night to give you a new login till next morning. If you want super comfortable, great value, and easy hotel to deal with, this is the one. If you need unlimited wifi for streaming, then this is a no.

rooms very clean, staff very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast had everything your heart desires from fresh fruit, muesli, bread, sausage, yogurt, etc

Good hotel once you find it! Difficult to find with poor signage and gates. Reception is on the 9th floor with rooms on the 8th and 9th floors and security on the main floor. Part of a large student campus. Limited free parking for hotel guests. Excellent breakfast is included. Was surprised to find the room rate quoted was for one person only and that there was an additional charge for the second person. Was advised that this is the norm for the Munich area. Located close to a train station which enabled us to take the train into Munich.

PROS: photos/description matched the room we got, safe in room, room was clean upon arrival, clean and what seems to be newly renovated bathroom (good water pressure in the shower, a must!), FREE parking in front of the hotel (short walk), delicious FREE breakfast buffet with good hours, nearby public transportation (15 minute walk), short commute by train to the central train station in downtown Munich (34 minute ride), located in a quiet/cozy little town No cons. Loved this hotel, think it is deserving of more than 3 stars!

The hotel was excellent for our needs. It is a little confusing when you first arrive, as the hotel is part of a large conference area. We arrived on the weekend, so it seemed like it was deserted, but everything was very easy to check in and security was good. We just weren't sure we were in the right place at first! Very nice hotel!!
