The hotel’s location was ideal as it’s within walking distance from the train station and the port. My single room was comfortable and the design was pretty efficient. Air conditioning was available if needed. The breakfast buffet offered a lot of options. The swimming pool was nice to have - conveniently located in the lower ground floor. They provided a nice wellness bag with sauna towels as well as a bathrobe if you need it. At the ground floor, free water and even hot water with tea were available. Apples and popcorn were also provided for free.

We stayed in a Premier plus room and found it light spacious and very quiet. The room was in excellent condition and was very clean. The only downside to the room was that it did not have an elevator on the floor that we were on but we didn't find this a problem. The breakfast is great and there is loads of choice and the breakfast room is big with lots of natural daylight. We found the staff very friendly and helpful. One of the main reasons we booked it was for the spa, which was very clean and had a great pool that was big enough for some short laps in. The location of the hotel is very central but private with reasonably priced parking on site. All in all a great stay.

This hotel is well located but a bit difficult to access. We like the fact that we had a sofa in the room, this is not common in German hotels. We can walk close to the lake, there are many restaurants around the hotel, including a bunch of ice cream places. It is a very nice city.

Eine gelungene Hotelgestaltung, wenngleich etwas verwinkelt, aber doch sehr gemütlich und in unerwartet praktischer Lage inmitten von Friedrichshafen unweit fußläufig zur Uferpromenade. Feine Sauna. (Leider konnten wir den ersehnten Saunagang nicht verwirklichen, da ein Hotelgast unmittelbar zuvor innerhalb der Saunakammer eine Zigarette (!) rauchen musste und die Asche auf der Holzliegefläche abwarf).

Do not recommend for anyone who is not German. Was treated poorly from moment of check in. Rude staff, changed our original room over looking the city to a room in a different building down an alley. Bugs all in the room, notified the staff of this and no resolution. Was unable to utilize the spa, was giving red robes when everyone else had white. Felt very uncomfortable and unsafe at this hotel and location. Received no compensation or room change after finding bugs in all parts of the hotel room including the bed. Brought this to the staff’s attention within minutes and was told to deal with it. Very poor customer service. And No direction on parking locations as well. Do not recommend
