Hotel Cult

I really wanted to leave a positive review for this place because of its great location, decent breakfast, courteous staff (both front desk and housekeeping), clean rooms, and affordable prices. However, I feel obligated to share my experience, particularly for any female solo travelers out there. Another guest was mistakenly given access to my room at check-in, and later that night he attempted to enter my room while I was sleeping. I woke up, jumped out of bed, and screamed. I immediately rushed to the front desk to report the incident, but the guest had already arrived there and appeared genuinely mortified and frustrated. He explained that this was the second time something like this had happened to him at this hotel. The front desk staff was very apologetic and said it was due to a technical issue with their system. Thankfully, no one was harmed and the situation ended safely. However, this is a serious security concern. I strongly urge hotel management to address and fix this issue immediately, as it poses a significant risk to guest safety

Location was convenient. There is limited free street parking if you get lucky. Breakfast was good but very busy! The room we stayed in seemed to have VERY thin walls and we could hear noisy neighbors partying during the middle of the night…

Perfect place to stay, rooms are clean and service is good. Breakfast is nice. Location is perfevt just 15-20mins by S-bahn or tram to main points and hauptbahnhof.

Nice place to stay

The hotel was good for a three-night stay with my friend. Location slightly out of the centre even thought it states city centre. However, it was easy to get to the city centre by foot and public transport. It's also not too far from the airport. There's not much around the hotel but Lidl is handy and we found lovely Vietnamese and Italian restaurants nearby. Rooms were very clean but my friend got a much bigger room than me even though I'd booked two identical rooms - hers was almost like an apartment. Breakfast was good, with both hot and cold food - and very efficient staff constantly refilling food trays and clearing tables etc. There is a bar but it's very small and we didn't see anyone drinking there - but we were out most of the time. Most reception staff were helpful. I would have given more stars if I hadn't been booked in for only one night instead of three. Also, I asked for a kettle for my room but was given a kettle with a base that didn't fit. Getting these basic things right are important. Fortunately they were rectified by a very helpful member of staff. Overall, I'd say it was good value for money.

I’m grateful the staff allowed us to check-in early after our morning arrival. The room was neatly arranged with the plenty of amenities.

The staff at the front desk is very rude, she ask 2 euro for each person for tax from us, I give her 5 euro for 2 of us , she didn’t give me change , are there any one experience for this kind tax before? And her attitude kind of rude too. Will never come back here again

Good services clean & tidy. Delicious breakfast & very nice customer care and very good quality service.

Hotel was pretty basic but comfortable. Breakfast was nice. Cleaning staff were lovely and very helpful. Reception staff hardly spoke to us. It was our honeymoon, did send a message to hotel prior to our arrival-but they did nothing to acknowledge this and we were put in a quite a small room.

No vanities, you’ll have to bring your own, room size was terrible. Mosquitoes inside the room. No drinking water, you’ll have to buy your own. I don’t know how this is 4 star hotel

In the room that we rented was supposed to have three single bed but only have 2 and a sofa bed this is the only issue negative about this hotel

The checkin was okay. Breakfast was okay. I parked on the street because the parking there felt claustrophobic. The train from and to the airport is very convenient and cheaper than a taxi! Overall it was clean and nice
