Super Lage, Super Ausstattung, freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal, hervorragendes Frühstück, 4 Saunen im Wellnessbereich, die man bis 22.00 Uhr abends am Tag der Abreise benutzen kann. Ich empfehle das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiter!

Great breakfast and dinner at Brasilian restaurant. Pool and sauna are fantastic. The only downside is this place has no water or coffee in room for free.

The room was okay but needs a modern renovation. No water bottle and no coffee or tea option. That was disappointing.

Stayed in a suite. It was relaxing and peaceful. Room service is great!

The facilities (restaurants, SpA wellness) are really nice. However the heating in my room did not work with 10 degrees outside, and they didn't fix it, the gym was only usable between 10 and 22, however during check-in I was told that I would be able to access it 24/7,

Sehr nahe am Stadtzentrum (Theater, Fußgängerzone), 2 Minuten Fußweg zum Bahnhof. Parkhaus (9 Euro/Tag) direkt gegenüber. Angenehmes Ambiente.

Great hotel, very friendly staff. Stayed for 1 night on the way to Italy - highly recommendable. Would have loved to to try the spa, but not enough time. Restaurants onsite are good - no need to look further on a trip like mine. Rooftop bar works with bar and restaurant.

Service was lukewarm (check in was good but the morning shift was so/so). Breakfast was good but social distance and sanitary requirements not enforced. Overall, ok but not sure if worth the cost at the moment. Beware, parking structure is across the street directly next to train station.

Please, for the love of sleeping, get better pillows. Seconds after you lay on them, your head is touching the bed. I would suggest asking for 3 pillows per adult. Hotel was clean and very accommodating. The pool is awesome with an outside area. Hot tub could be opened by appointment. Very good mini bar. Staff was all very friendly. We would stay at this hotel again for sure.

Everything is excellent but bed can be little bigger for us over 195 cm :)

Recommend this hotel. Very convenient. Dated, but good condition. the only complaint was the terrible bed. Should have been replaced 2 years ago. Terrible. Incredible spa! Wow, one of the best.

Lovely spa and good food found in hotel. The Brazilian restaurant and the brunch we had was seriously good food. Spa is also very good and relaxing and it was a good weekend break. Also distance from train station makes it super comfortable to travel to.

Very nice staff and service. Food at Toro restaurant and breakfast very good in quality and variety. However, overall condition of facility is somewhat dated--air conditioning was practically not functioning which made the room very uncomfortable at night. Yes, weather was hot (35-37 C) but this should not be an excuse

Nice people and place. The exercise center opens at 10:00 AM - ridiculous! They must like to sleep in. How does one get a daily workout in??

The hotel looks good and is very clean. Breakfast and spa facilities are also quite good. The staff seems mostly unfriendly and not exactly welcoming. The bed I had was really of the absolute poorest quality that I have only else experienced on the lowest priced 1 - 2 star hotels.

Nice Hotel for a nice and successful business trip

Well the Esperanto hotel, this is a gem if you can get a room, I love staying here, especially every time I hope to visit the Spa which is included in the stay (you have to pay for the 25m pool only), there are many saunas and steam rooms, along with a salt water pool which goes outside which is excellent for relaxing in. In the evening on the sixth floor is a bar and meat restaurant, you pay a fixed fee and are given a Yes/No card and a plate. Servers then come around with 10 different types of meats on a sword, you can keep going and when you've had enough simply turn the card to No (Nein), also included is a huge salad bar where you can help yourself to everything to go with your meal including deserts, it's really good. In the morning breakfast is fully catered again help yourself and there is a wide selection. The rooms are clean and comfortable however my one only complaint is the temperature of the room, this is quite hot, there is a temperature control in the room, however even at minimum I found the air vent only acting as a fan, not really cooling the air output, however in order to have all the other excellent things I'm happy to stay again, hopefully I only got a one off room with a faulty air conditioner

Needs improvement on the gym facilities but apart from that the hotel was perfect. The restaurant served one of the best steaks I have ever had!
