Very nice boutique-type hotel in a very nice quiet side street. We had a little blip when the property was locked when we got there, but a kind delivery man was very helpful and reached the owner (?) for us. Clean rooms, new bathrooms. They held our luggage while we roamed the town after check-out.

The woman running the hotel was very lovely and the breakfast room and breakfast were wonderful. The hotel advertises parking but they do not have it. They have four spots and you are likely not getting one. Also as is sometimes typical in older hotels there is no AC. However they installed the tilt in windows that barely open. Our room was so hot we had to ask for a fan which they gave us but it barely helped. In the halls where the windows opened widely there was plenty of cool air. The hall and first floor were easily 10-15°F cooler than our room. Sleeping was very uncomfortable because of this.

A fabulous hotel right in the centre of Baden-Baden. I was on a motorcycle and the on site parking was ideal. There are limited spaces so be sure to pre book if you need it. The room was excellent and spotlessly clean and breakfast was very good. The young lady in reception was brilliant throughout the stay, really friendly and helpful; there had been a heavy downpour of rain during my stay bringing in sand from the Sahara and my bike was covered, she saw this and brought out a hose and cloths for me to clean my bike and towels to dry it, all without being asked - great service. I would definitely recommend this hotel both to motorcyclists and non motorcyclists

The property was perfect for our weekend trip. Located in a semi-secluded area with short walks to everything. Tight corner to get to the parking. Additional parking within less than five minutes.

We obtained a big suite during COVID-19 lockdown in December. Good served breakfast. If you want a parking: pre-order it + rent small car, and be ready for some difficult narrow entrance... So, Excellent hotel without car. On the other hand: there is a parking garage at Sixt (3 min). Easy check in & out, very very pleasant desktop service :)) Finally: Recommend it !

This is a cute little hotel in a convenient location for walking around Baden Baden. Reception was pleasant. The rooms are dated and the bathroom was quite small. But otherwise comfortable.

Not good at all There was no air conditioning and no WiFi in the room. The shower cabin is really small and uncomfortable. The breakfast was OK but there was cockroach in the plate with the food. The hotel is barely reach 3 star but over priced and I had pedestrian workers in front of my window from 8:30AM

Rooms are dated but clean. Hotel was noisy. Expedia did not indicate in our reservation that breakfast was included (per person) in our room rate so we ate elsewhere and were still charged. This was Expedia issue and not hotel’s fault.

the staff was very nice and helpful. they also give a discount to the spa, which most others don't. it is located a little off from the main action on the streets, but great shops nearby. i would probably stay again. the breakfast was good, didnt see any eggs or bacon. all together it was very fine.
