Staff were super friendly! Requests honored quickly. Breakfast is delicious. Rooms were large and comfortable. Shower is inside tub and a little awkward if not used to that lol

Close to the river, restaurants, shopping and sights.

Hotel Residence took great care with health requirements. Breakfast offered a great variety. We stayed on the 4th floor, where rooms are smaller (I presume) but are cozy and well maintained. We had a very good impression of this hotel.

Had a good stay for 10 nights, very clean and cozy, nice view, convenient location. There was aircond in my room, probably new as some comments stated none.

Nice room, although some noise in the street can be heard in the middle of the night, which sometimes woke me up.

Its central position and easy to get to from the rsilway ststion and it had double glazing so did not get much street noise

The hotel is close to the old town. But there is no onsite parking.

it was in a great location the only thing I didn't like was the bed was too small (twin) but it was comfortable....I had never been in a hotel that had an actual key to open the door it was a big difference for me...but overall had a great experience here...

Good quality hotel in a very central district. Good choice for breakfast. Very clean and tidy. It is very near the town centre and was ideal for attending the Kilianifest at the nearby park. Check in was easy and staff were friendly ande helpful

The hotel, its staff, and its breakfast were all excellent. The refrigerator was smaller than the normal hotel refrigerator, and did not work very well. Normally, this is not a problem, but it would have been nice to have truly cold water to drink during this unusual heatwave. The hotel is centrally located, which is great, but not at night when the weather is hot, due to two cafe/bars directly across the street which are open into the wee hours, plus lots of idiots who like to cruise around demonstrating that their automobile muffler is in desperate need of replacement. The hotel windows, when closed, do an excellent job of entirely blocking the noise. But if you are booked in a room on the street side during an unusually hot summer night that requires open windows to avoid sweating completely through the pillow as I did, I recommend that you bring earplugs so you can open the windows and use the fan. Then, you will be absolutely fine, because this truly is a very nice place to stay.

Good short-term accommodation very close to the city center.

The hotel did NOT have our reservation when we arrived. We were offered the first night near the Fortress and returned for nights two and three at this hotel. The hotel the first night was excellent but not this hotel.

The bathroom door did not close and there is no parking!

Comfort double room had a nice size. Mini-fridge was useful. Stand-in shower is always nicer than a tub. Some dated appliances in there, but rooms had new carpet and furnishings, was nice. Double-bed as with many German hotels, so don't expect a real queen or king bed. Very fast and easy check-in and check-out from friendly staff. Area can be a little loud on Saturday night due to club across the street, but not overly so. Restaurant below seemed good, and plenty of parking and cafes in the area. Very well worth it.

Room was comfortable and clean. Weather very warm and no AC so it was a bit hard to get to sleep. Breakfast was outstanding!

Older hotel in a great location within easy walking distance to all sites. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was outstanding and well worth 7.40 euros. Very clean and comfortable. Overall a great place to stay.
