Very kind and helpful staff, great breakfast spread, comfortable room with private patio. I would be nit-picking to think of anything negative to say! We were super appreciative that they went out of their way to provide overnight laundry service. We would definitely come back👍

This was by far the best stay! Beautiful hotel, great amenities and very helpful staff to get around town. The bus stop is right outside hotel. Great breakfast, spa facilities and great patio with amazing views of the Zugspitze mountain!

Nice enough, if basic hotel. Room was comfortable, breakfast was fine and the staff were very quick to fix a problem with our bathroom. The staff overall were excellent. The two main things that need addressing are: 1) wifi quality was virtually non-existent. It was also almost impossible to read things on my phone. It was the same for all my family too. 2) It was very hot at night and the room didn't have a fan or air-conditioning. I know that isn't unusual in the Alps, but nevertheless the rooms were very sticky at night.

Cute place with a nice breakfast. Staff was functionally helpful and curt. Limited dining options. Parking was not sufficient and very tight. Best option was to park on the street. The room was very hot and there was no climate control for the summer months. Location is on a busy street and the main shooping/dining areas were about 1km away

The staff here were so very helpful, they were a great resource dealing with the rain and unfortunate low clouds. They also put out a great breakfast and we loved the schorle machine. The location was convenient enough, although Google kept wanting to send us down random side streets due to construction.
My only two complaints : first, there's no AC. Most of the time you don't need it in the Alps, but the night we stayed our room was _hot_.
Second, some of the layout is just weird. Our room had a balcony, but there was another door to that same balcony out in the hallway, so leaving the door open to let in some cool mountain air would also let in any other guest of the hotel.

The hotel was excellent. Parking can be an issue if you arrive late. The rooms were basic but clean and well maintained. Our bathroom was tight but functional. Breakfast was excellent with an amazing selection. The beer/wine honor refrigerator was great feature.

We loved the pool. It was the perfect temperature and clean. We were very comfortable in our room. The all-you-can-eat breakfast was delicious and at night we enjoyed the juice and hot chocolate that was available for us. The staff was kind and friendly. They gave suggestions for restraunts that were just perfect for us.
