Nice location. Convenient. Basic. Older hotel showing its age - peeling paint, some wood rot, etc. No aircon / AC. Still it was clean and good size. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast while a basic continental breakfast, it was good with fresh bread.

Tv programming are old programs no English Channels hallways not ventilation old carpets Elevator didn’t work and we have to go through the side door to climb the stairs I can’t imagine if disable man have to go.No 24. Hours reception, Overall it’s cheap hotel .

There was some kind of festival going on so parking was a slight problem. Had to park in mall parking lot and walk about 8 min. Breakfast was outstanding.

Great for the price, didn’t love that the baggage storage option was just a corner of the lobby, but thankful for the option nonetheless. Breakfast options were a bit sparse.

Friendly staff and whilst the decor is a bit outdated, it comes with its own charm, is quite spacious and clean. Good quality breakfast with choice. Good transport links- bus stop was a few minutes away to get to the train station and easy to park motorbikes at the back of the property. Relatively easy to walk into town and spas. Good location, reasonably priced and would stay here again.

Cute and clean but the Wi-Fi did not work consistently or often, and parking had to be paid every two hours if one cannot find free parking nearby. Staff did not tell us where to find free parking options when asked if there were other options than paying every two hours, but someone on the street let us know. Breakfast was lovely with fresh buns and eggs, sliced meats and cheese, plus lovely staff to serve café and clear plates. Water pressure was great and beds were comfortable with an extra wool blanket for cool nights.

Great place to stay. Close to transit. Very close to central area of the town. Everything is walkable. Staff was excellent. Room was excellent. Internet was slow, which didn't help when planning the next part of our trip, but it did the job in the end.

This hotel is located ideally for music concerts at Festspiehaus, which is next to the hotel. I visited to Baden-Baden to enjoy the Berliner Philharmoniker's Easter Festival there and this hotel is one of the most convenient hotels for this. In addition, the staffs, the room space and the breakfast were excellent and I enjoyed the comfortable stay. Furthermore, this hotel is located within 10-minute walk from sightseeing spots including baths and saunas. I'd like to visit this hotel again.

The room was large, comfortable and very clean. The location was near many restaurants. Excellent Breakfast and outstanding staff. I would definitely return!

Nice hotel, good location. Rooms are comfortable and attractively furnished. Breakfast was fine, the coffee was good and there is a cold buffet. The internet is a disaster in this hotel and basically does not work consistently anywhere that we tried in the hotel (our room, dining room, hallway, stairwell). The connection fluctuates and we were constantly kicked out of the internet and had to re-type the password, only to be in for three or four minutes and have the internet mysteriously drop out again. This made it it impossible to use the internet to research the area and impossible to answer E-mail, really a no-go in today's world. We were lucky to find other hotspots that did work in Baden-Baden, but it would have been much more convenient had it actually worked in the hotel. We mentioned this upon check out, and they said they would pass this comment on to the boss. For this reason, we would not choose this hotel again.

An excellent hotel where I've stayed many times. It has a convenient location. The breakfast is good too.

The hotel looks like it has recently been refurbished, and has a modern but simple interior. There is a little road noise during the day but it was quiet at night and the train station cannot be heard from the hotel. Good value for money I thought. I was sceptical at first but left quite happy with the stay and would use the hotel again as a budget option. Cleanliness and a proper shower are the most important things for me, and I was very happy.

Very large room with long windows. Well decorated - nice carpeting and drapes - good flat screen TV. Nice, helpful staff

Our stay was short, the hotel functioned rarely well. There was street noise, but there was a festival going so it was expected. The room was fair but id not excel.

The very genuine-sounding welcome, the information offered about the town, the room, the breakfast and the willingness to help with any question, as soon as possible, was terrific. I understand this hotel doesn't have additional facilities, like a swimming pool, but I can't think what else would prevent it from gaining a higher star rating. I've been in many 4 star hotels that weren't a patch on this one; largely because of the staff.

The staff is very helpful. Good location. We had room number 8 which has a terrace in the back yard. We liked this room.

This hotel represented excellent value for money and was located in a perfect spot. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We would definitely return if we go back to Baden Baden which is itself a delightful town.
