Very nice hotel close to the Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe, great breakfast, nice sauna and very friendly and helpful staff.

Thought there was no AC in the room, the sweet staff offered us a fan. Very nice!

What they sell as a one bedroom apartment is actually a studio with one queen bed. That was rather disappointing because I needed the extra room. So we moved to a regular room with 2 beds that we could pull apart just a little. For comfort every inch counts! The room was modern with a turnable cube like closet. Unfortunately the mattress was worn out and the useless fiam topper made it only worse. A hotel of that level should really nvest in decent mattresses!

Great location in Kassel for city visit. Close to Wilhelmshöhe and the Hercules castle 🏰. Very nice hotel and great service, with parking lots on the grounds.

My room was pleasant, clean and large. There is no lobby - it is a hotel just for staying overnight.

We stayed 2 nights overall - one at each end of our trip to Germany. The member of staff who first booked us in was very helpful, giving us tips on what to visit and giving us free public transport tickets for our stay. We left our car in the hotel carpark for 11 nights (cost of 8 euros per day) while we went cycling in Thuringia and beyond. Good to know it was in a safe place.

Nice hotel with a great location. Next and in walking distance to the old city of Fulda. With nice weather you can sit on the terrace of the restaurant Orangerie with a view on the baroque garden and the city castle. Fantastic

Good hotel close to ICE station. Tram stops outside and hotel provided free tram daily tickets for the stay. Decent breakfast.

We loved our hotel stay here! My mom and I were visiting Germany for family and took a detour to Kassel to see the Hercules Monument. This was the perfect hotel to stay at. We were greeted by an inviting and multi-lingual staff. We were given a room on the third floor facing away from the street to decrease noise. The room was very clean and modern. It had the right amount of space and everything we could need for a hotel room. The hotel concierge had great recommendations for places to eat, including a Biergarten right out of a travel book. Our hotel booking came with a transit pass for our entire stay. This was great because we could just leave the car parked at the hotel and take the tram (right to the bottom of the Berg park and straight to the fussganger zone on the city). I wish we could have stayed longer. I will absolutely stay at this hotel again, if I'm ever back in the Kassel area.

The hotel room was clean and bright but we were on the 4th floor and the slope of the ceiling made it difficult to get in and out of bed without knocking one's head! The same applied in the bathroom using the shower/bath. The breakfast was very acceptable with a good choice on the buffet. The advertised sauna facilities weren't open during our stay. We were given a free pass for the trams which helped to offset the cost of the hotel parking. Wilhelmshoehe is a nice area, there were plenty of shops and restaurants and it is right on a main tram route. The free wifi worked well and wasn't too hard to access. All in all a pleasant stay, the 1st, 2nd or 3rd floor would have been nicer.
