Wie immer sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt.
Toll dass ein Wasserkocher und Geschirr und Besteck im Zimmer zur Verfügung stehen, da ja zur Zeit noch immer kein Frühstück serviert wird.
Sehr nettes aufmerksames Personal.

Das Zimmer war ein Eiskeller. Wahrscheinlich mehrere Tage nicht geheizt. Die Heizkörper wurden nicht wirklich heiß, um das Zimmer auf Temperatur zu bringen. Alle Heizkörper standen auf 0. Das geht im Winter gar nicht.

Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal. Es wird auf die Wünsche des Gastes eingegangen, Fragen werden gern beantwortet und alle sind bedacht den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten! Es gibt kleine Annehmlichkeiten im Zimmer- Wasserkocher mit Tee und Cappuccino sowie Gebirgswasser.
Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist zweckmäßig und angemessen.

Ideale Lage für einen Städtetrip. Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Liebevoll angerichtetes Frühstück mit "richtigen" Brötchen. Genügend Parkmöglichkeiten direkt vor dem Haus auf öffentlichem Parkplatz für 6€ am Tag. Zimmer zweckmäßig eingerichtet mit Wasserkocher und Wasserkaraffe auf dem Zimmer

Hotel im Zentrum von Zittau gelegen. Die Speisekarte in der Gaststätte war gut sortiert. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und man kann es gut weiterempfehlen.
