Issues: 1. Check in times are set. Nobody at the facility before check in time. I got lucky and the owner popped by early. The door was locked. I was exhausted. He let me in and gave me a room even though I was early. So grateful.; 2. It’s not that close to the airport by transit. 35 minutes and only accessible by bus.
The facility is spotless; friendly staff; great breakfast and good value; quiet like a small town and safe; a few shops about a 10 minute walk away…bakery, ice cream, Turkish food and a place to buy water and other beverages. There is even a butcher shop kitty corner to the hotel. The hotel has a pool and sauna which so didn’t use since I was too tired but it’s a nice feature. If you spend a few days you can take advantage of a gym nearby as well. If you want a peaceful stay I would recommend this. If you want to run around Frankfurt or neighbouring cities stay near a U Bahn or S Bahn.

2nd visit to this charming hotel . We stay here when visiting a friend who lives nearby. I can't fault this hotel. From the staff to the clean and comfortable rooms it is a lovely and relaxing place to stay. Oh and breakfast is good too !

Everything about my stay was great from the greeting I got when I came in the door (thank you, Alex) to the room, pool and breakfast. I would absolutely stay again. It's also about 2 blocks from the airport bus stop.

We were very happy with our stay. The room was quite comfortable. The cleaning staff was very prompt in the morning, so if you sleep late, but out the 'Do Not Disturb'. I am not positive, but I believe the cleaning staff used vinegar for cleaning. This was a nice change from the bleach smell in American hotels.

We stayed one night to be near the airport, but not in the center city, for a morning departure. In the dark the hotel seemed small, but it was actually fairly large. Parking was an important feature in choosing this hotel, and it was a little tight. But we got what seemed to be the last spot. The hotel itself was lovely. The lobby is a wonder in woodwork. The room was very efficiently designed, comfortable and clean. Everything worked and it was quiet overnight. Breakfast was served in a pleasant room off the lobby where a wide selection of food was offered. Staff was friendly and attentive. It was all good.

Typical German hotel with nice comfortable beds and pillows. Very clean and renovated. We didn't get breakfast because we left too early, however we got some freshly baked croissants from the cleaning lady. The owner was there and he was very kind checking on us by calling our rooms and asking if we needed anything the night before.
