We didn’t check the location which was quite a distance from city center, however, the front desk staff were absolutely fabulous

I enjoyed my staff. For a 3 star hotel, the hotel is excellent and the breakfast is great. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated in a area with a run down feel but once you enter the hotel you totally forget about that. Public transport (train and bus) are within a one block radius and the hotel is easily reached by public transport from Tegel airport with only 1 transfer.

Hotel was nice, close to Grenzalee tube station, so ideal for city center access. Can't comment on breakfast as didn't have any. Only slightly annoying thing is that the house keepers start around 8am and they are very noisy, almost as if they are trying to wake you up or stop you sleeping in. It could also be because of the sound proofing of the room/corridor. Despite this issue I would recommend this hotel and I would use it again.

This is a lovely little hotel. The location is away from the city but you literally have a train station at your doorstep. Lovely little eateries close by, and major supermarkets a couple of stations away. It was perfect for our stay in Berlin

Located in a side road, close to an underground station, but you must be willing to travel a few minutes and potentially change trains to reach the sightseeing spots. More distracting is the fact that there are not so many eating options in the vincinity. Hotel is clean, room is fine and wifi works well.

hotel was pretty easy to get to from the airport, also to get into the city centre the subway was only a minutes walk away. Only quarrel would be the wifi wasn't very good in our room and the pillows were far to soft
