They had turned off the heaters, and I had to go down to the lobby at 2 a.m. to get a portable heater. The German guy was very rude.

Elevator is not working. Smell of room is a bit stinky.

As always friendly and helpful team-members. Very convenient location with easy access into central Frankfurt by public transport yet far enough out to be nicely quiet. It is no frills, but for the price extremely good value. Will definitely stay there again.

Breakfast was nice

For my own reasons this is the second time I have stayed in this hotel but there are things to watch for - arrived to check in to hotel approximately 40 minutes prior to check in time, room was ready but required a payment of €20 to check in early. Beds are hard. Drinks in the bar v drink prices quoted on menu. Vodka on menu is €4.00, Coke on the menu is €3.40 however, if you purchase the two it becomes €9.50, not the €7.40 you would expect. This is because it is considered a long drink price on the menu but list doesn't include vodka and coke in the long drinks, not sure where the logic is. Housekeeping prior to 10.00am each morning of stay regardless of day of week.

It is an area for people who like quiet.

Everything you need and nothing you don’t. Clean. Excellent location, close to public transportation. Comfortable beds. Very friendly personnel. Room is not spacious, but big enough. I’ve stayed here before, I’ll stay here again.

Spent 3 nights here . So convenient for the local transport system and close to city centre. Room was comfortable and clean, bed was cozy (loved the cotton bedding). Breakfast was great value

You don't really get your money's worth here but it's location was ideal for me as I stayed for business. Everything is pretty standard, from the rooms to the facilities.

Freundlich wie immer, praktische Lage nur wenige Minuten von einer U-Bahn Station, sehr hilfsbereite Dame an der Rezeption.

t was as described ‘on the tin’. Pros: Spotlessly clean, friendly service, good sized room, good bed, good shower and toilet Cons: thin towels, noisy on one occasion....but otherwise suited our needs perfectly.

Good for a sleep and go. Nothing to see around except the Palace. Hotel is close to the train station U6 and U7 that basically can connect you anywhere

Everything OK

Did not like this hotel at all. Room was barely cleaned only thing staff did was make the bed. Stayed here for a week and towels only replaced once. Lady at the counter at check in was rude. Only thing decent about this place was the breakfast.

The six days was amazing, the staff are very professional. What I liked most about the hotel is it clean and the rooms are non-smoking making it very conducive
