This hotel was very close to the train and bus stations. The reception was pleasant - thank you, Tannaz! The rooms were clean and modern and roomy enough. A great choice.

Great location near all transport links, staff super helpful and friendly. Good windows for noise reduction, Great they have bikes to hire. Beds comfortable, pillows not so much, very clean, and great areas to hang out in.

The room was very small for 3 adults. It would also be nice to have 3 lots of towels etc in the room as we do not want to share wet towels. Also there was no storage space.

The customer service was poor from the receptionist who greeted me at time of check in. Other staff were great. The room on arrival was dirty with towels on the floor and the bed was not made.

We liked the location, it was walking distance to the city center and all kinds of transportation. However the rooms were very small and customer service was poor. They would direct you by hand gestures instead of saying to go right or left and for how many blocks. We had to ask random people for directions.

Everything was fine except for the heating control. According to the label on the thermostat you can only adjust the temperature by one or two degrees from the central heating system. Our room was too warm all the time

Nice hotel in easy walking distance of U1 line and with helpful staff but you have to go down to Reception to get an iron and ironing board and pay a refundable €10 deposit and the luggage store is lockers that cost you €2. No tea or coffee making facilities in room and pretty basic all in one shampoo/conditioner/body wash.

Nice front desk and bar personnel. Helpful and friendly. 2nd time cleaning staff do away with hygiene items. This time it was my shower cap. Last ibis in Munich it was my entire wash bag that disappeared
