Great hotel in the centre of Heilbronn , close to shops and restaurants. Spa area was amazing, shame that there was no sign of pool being closed the following morning for being cleaned. I booked this hotel mainly for the pool and I was disappointed that in the morning there was no information of pool being closed

A lovely hotel in the centre of Heilbronn. Nice, clean room. All the amenities I needed, possibly another bottle or water and coffee machine would have made it even better. Spa area was superb. I'd have eaten in the restaurant if it hadn't shut early (8 pm). Very good. Would stay again.

I travel to this city , for business purpose. Check in was ok, room was fine.... location of the hotel very good ! Monday morning....I went back from my meeting 11:30hs- and in front of my room …. workers on maintenance of the roof , making incredible noise (drilling the ceiling , etc etc) I went down to the reception to complain ….and surprise , those were their answers: 1-you must be in your room now? 2-we know about the work...but must to be done... 3-most of our guests went back around 16:00 , when workers left.... 4-you want to check out? Really incredible ! Never met such disrespectful attitude. Must say...that on the light of the situation...I decide to sit in their lobby - and they bring me a bag with chocolate …." take this for you or your wife". Unbelievable. bad experience ... in a nice and well located hotel!

Staff super friendly (except in the breakfast room), rooms super old (80s style carpet and interior) and smell like there was smoked for 20 years. Breakfast did cost 19,x Euros bit was super simple and not really clean. I did not feel well there. Seems they have not much competition or just do not care.

Great hotel in the middle of Heilbronn. The location is great to explore the city center with all it's restaurants, bars and shops. Or have a nice walk along the river. The hotel itself is very charmful and the staff is friendly and professional. We also recommend the 2 restaurants located on the ground level of the hotel (Sushi and/or traditional food).
