The property is new and well-managed. The room is spacious, clean and quiet. The window can be opened to allow some fresh air. The WiFi is good and the kettle with tea and coffee available in the room is handy. However, there is no refrigerator in the room. The buffet breakfast is very good with plenty of choice. Service is good. The location is excellent, being within walking distance to the train station and a tram station. There are supermarkets nearby.

Hotel was in a good location for us. Functional room. Staff were not particularly friendly but responsive. We asked about the shuttle to the airport as shown on the website - everyone was surprised as they had never heard of this!

I have book an excitiv room but I found very stubed and less than normal one with zero facility, no refreg no lotion nothing just bottle of suop fixed at toallit wall!

The hotel was attractive and the staff were very nice, front desk and housekeeping staff equally friendly. The room was small but nicely furnished. I wished it had a small refrigerator and more than one pillow.

A good hotel (near a large supermarket) - with all the core essentials for a business traveller. Modern decor (its a new hotel) and friendly staff. They've always given me the quiet room I've asked for. Food is fresh, bed is great, wifi access and modern bathrooms.
Only possible irritations: timing for being able to order dinner is quite limited, the menu doesn't change - and lunch is not always available. Breakfast is adequate but don't expect anything lavish.
Overall, my preferred hotel for Mannheim.

Die Reservation am 6.1.25 über den übermittelten Radisson-Link war schlecht bis sehr schlecht (Telephon nur auf English, Buchung nur auf US$ ( non refundable) durchführbar. Empfang sehr schlecht: Ich solle "das Unterschreiben" dabei war Formular nur auf English
+alle meine Daten falsch ( Geb. Datum , e-mail, Nationalität.....) obschon meine Daten seit Jahren im LanzCarré hinterlegt sind .....( Anwendung des DGOM Tarifes war nicht möglich......).

Séjour en famille avec mon fils. Rien à reprocher sur cet hôtel, très propre, chambre confortable, personnel très sympa. Seul bémol qu'il n'y ait pas de menu ou de plat pour enfant proposé au restaurant, car la carte est trop raffinée pour des enfants en bas âge, qui ont besoin de plats plus classiques. Sinon le petit-déj, très très bien, beaucoup de choix et de la qualité.
