Great hotel perfect location

Excellent hotel. Great breakfast. Great area around. Quiet. Excellent shower.

Noisy room with plenty of noise from occupants in room above. Breakfast average. The sink in our room quite badly stained

The drains in the shower and sink in the bathroom were both clogged.

Beautiful hotel, lovely friendly & helpful staff, thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The only tiniest complaint would be that our bin wasn’t emptied in the room, we had hung the thing on the door saying not to change towels & bedding, cleaning staff obviously came in as left fresh water in the fridge but left emptying the bin.

This was my first time in Berlin and my stay at this hotel made it wonderful. The hotel is in the middle of everything, transportation via the underground subway is directly across the street. There are several cafe's, bistros, and restaurants just outside the hotel doors. In addition there are great shopping options within a few feet of the hotel. The hotel breakfast buffet was also very good. My only wish is that the hotel had a fitness facility. I did run outside and felt very safe doing so. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

In a great location with enough to do. The lady over the bed and in the bath is a bit much lol.

I stayed here for two weeks. The room was extremely dusty especially on the wall above the mini bar and next to the bed going all the way up and every time I would make a hot drink because of the lamp shade above it, which is difficult not too touch lots of dust would fall everywhere and in my drinks and food. Also I asked them to change the sheets, duvet cover and pillow cases after one week and they never bothered to do it. I had to ask three times and was very upset at the end as I wanted fresh linen after the first week and it was only charged three nights before I left. Absolutely disgusting. The staff didn’t seem to care so much about the dust or the cleanliness's of the hotel and they said I will just pass it on and that’s all we can do which is totally unacceptable. It’s such a shame because the rooms are nice and cosy but super dusty and when it comes to changing the bed linen, they don’t care which shows a lot about the standard of hygiene they have. Extremely disappointed with that.

Great location and easy for transport, staffs are friendly

This was our 4th visit to Mercure and we are never disappointed. Wonderful staff. Walking distance to shopping, dining, bars, and many other things.
